I always use this hotel whenever i'm in the city. They have:
- Quiet, Clean, Comfortable rooms
- Super friendly staff
- Best included breakfast you'll ever get
- Close to city center and restaurants on a walking distance

- No bathroom foot towel available
- The soap bottle in the bathroom didn't work properly. But that's ok.

The bed sheets and towels were very old. We had requested non-smoking rooms because three members of our group have allergies; however, we were assigned smoking rooms. In addition, there were many flies in Room 203.

The bed & 3 of the staff - Adam who worked as a waiter at breakfast, the guy who took our breakfast payment & Mohammad who checked us out @ 12pm Tues 4/8)26
The smell of sewerage wafting through from reception, through the corridors & our room!
The aircon was too warm, both in the bar/ restaurant & our room.
The staff need a lesson in Customer Service & learn how to smile. There were 5 people there behind reception at any one time, One of them was in training seemingly doing nothing, sometimes on her phone though. 3 times I went to reception & stood there for approximately 5 minutes & not one person looked up to acknowledge me in any way - even though only one of them was on the computer. All 3 times I walked away without having been acknowledged!
The toilets near reception either had no toilet paper or a totally full roll that had not been torn from it's paste to start using, of which it just rolled round & around without being able to tear any off - the toilet roll holder didn't allow for any room for a hand to try to tear some off. Oh, & the light inside the toilet timed itself out after 90 seconds, twice! It was pitch black in there, I had to try to find the door lock, unlock it, open the door, till the light went on & then lock it again!
My husband experienced the same thing with both the toilet paper & the light timing out.
Ibis advertise in that hotel that they like music - there were several times when we were in the bar & there was no music playing, however, it wasn't easy to get the barman's attention to put on music, he at first indicated that it would disrupt everyone from reading their phones! Before that he pretended he couldn't see my husband right in front of him while the barman was looking up at the football on tv, that had no sound on!) Twice, I wanted to place an order at the bar, where no one else was being served & tried to get his attention - he was right in front of me - I said excuse me, both in English & in French several times. I couldn't understand it.
