Wonderful
Perfect location near the train station. I stayed one night only to take the train to Marrakech and the staff was very friendly. The facilities had everything I needed and the room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good, overall a great stay!

The customer service is above and beyond. MR AMINE ,BADR,IDRISS,ABA,BASSMA.MOURAD.... ARE WONDERFUL STAFF. THE KITCHEN STAFF:MANAGER MISS ALIA,SUPERVISOR MR CHAFIK,MR NABIL,MUHAMMAD, MUHAMMAD AMINE . THE WELCOMING STAFF ARE AMAZING FRIENDLY ABOVE AND BEYOND. BIG THANK YOU ALL OF YOU.
They need to add small fridge to the rooms.

This hotel has unlimited beliefs that AC is not an essential service, I strongly believe that the CEO of this company is encouraging savings the power excepences rather than encouraging to make guests feel comfortable??????????????

The location was very good. I didn’t buy breakfast. The excellent service presented by the receptionist Nooruddeen.
The room was very small, 20 sq. m. No complimentary water.No coffee maker.No shampoo in the shower,just liquid soap. No hair conditioner,or shower gel. The towels were of bad quality and not enough for two persons.

Very well located, right in the center of Casablanca, in front of the train station.
The room was smelling cigarette, but the worst thing was the bathroom: terrible. The water in the shower doesn’t drain into the drain, and as a result the entire bathroom flooded. I had to use a towel to stop the water from getting out and soaking the whole room. It’s a safety hazard.

i liked the location, very close to the train station and the old town. The views were also nice and the breakfast was excellent
the staff especially one receptionist was not very friendly. He could have smiled a bit more. We were just trying to check in!

The location of the hotel is just perfect, close to train station and to bus stop for the airport. The staff at the front desk and the bar was very nice!
