The location was super. The staff at the reception desk were pleasant but extremely busy with check ins and check outs and didn't seem to have much time to communicate guests' needs to the houskeeping staff. One waiter in the restaurant was extremely rude when I made a little mistake regarding payment for one night's dinner. The cleaning staff did a great job, and Hamza,one of the restaurant cashiers was always kind and attentive.
The room was kept very clean by the cleaning staff but the lack of air conditioning made it stuffy. The restaurant food got boring after the first couple of days and the menu was uninspired.

Dirty pillow and bed sheets with male hair inside and stains. They did not change them after the last client. Very sad for the price you pay.

Room location is fine and breakfast was good too but the bad thing was the dinner at my arrival it is beyond the good expected. I ordered salads which was charged 70 firham.plus main order 2hich also coated 70 Durham I became confused that evening, so coming late to Ibis hotel Casablanca city centre has been my greatest challenge I still can't believe myself that food costed me 140 dirham!

The hotel has a great location just across the street from Casa Port train station. This means it is easy to get in and out by train (including a direct link to Casa Airport). There is also a tram stop and a bus stop nearby, making it easy and cheap to get to Hassan II mosque or Quartier Habous. The hotel itself is nice, with a great view of the port from the upper floors and a good breakfast (extra charge for me).

- The staff was extremely helpful, responsive and hard working. Special thanks to Asmaa, Alia, Chafik in the restaurant for the good work. The food was nice and the service was great.
- Clean and well kept
- Well located. Straight across from Casa Port. The view is pretty good.
- No noice
- Nothing major. Maybe needs better wi-fi and more parking space. But other than that, i would totally recommend.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel very much. The breakfast buffet was excellent, especially the traditional Moroccan dishes such as Msemen and Harcha. Many thanks to all the hotel staff for making my stay comfortable and memorable
I did not experience any issues during my stay except for the parking situation. Parking spaces are very limited, and it was sometimes difficult to find an available spot.
