Exceptional
Although my stay was very short, only one night, it was wonderful. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and its location met my needs perfectly by being right in front of the train station, which helped me a lot to get to the airport easily. My check-in and check-out were very smooth, thanks to a very sweet lady named Imane who was extremely kind and very cooperative with me.

I just stayed here for the night, it's actually a decent hotel, clean and comfortable, and as the name suggests, very close to the train station.

Location of the hotel is perfect because its right next to the train station. Room is not that spacious. Room is clean and has a basic requirements like bed, bath and toilet, and towel.
There in no water heater kettle for coffee or tea.

The location is just steps away from the train station and tram line. The rooms were clean.
The air conditioner didn't work. The rooms were too hot to sleep comfortably. The whole lobby smelled like cigarette smoke.

I wouldn't recommend Ibis to a friend or acquaintance
The rooms and bathrooms were too small
Rooms lack necessities, such as drinking water, fridge, safe lock, tray of coffee and tea bags, electric kettle, you have to buy a small water bottle from hotel at 60 MAD if you make it late, away too much
TV has basic channels only
I wasn't satisfied with my stay at all, it was a room for sleeping only, no joy

As all ibis hotels, the AC is a bit weak. And there is no bin beside the sleeping area
