Location is good
Well when my family arrived there they get to know that towel is not clean and very old they have to go outside to buy new towel which is not good for the family either kids

J'ai trouvé plein de fourmis sur la table après avoir laissé un sandwich quelques minutes le temps de prendre une douche. En revenant, le sandwich était déjà complètement couvert de fourmis. J'ai ensuite découvert qu'il y avait des fourmis partout dans la chambre. C'était vraiment désagréable et cela montre un sérieux problème de propreté.

Location wise, its few steps from the main train station (airport and main other cities), it was clean.
The AC temperature and FAN power is fixed and can't be changed. It has no fridge, if you stay more days. No water served as well.

Room was good and clean. so all good from facility and comfort side. All the staff are kind.
The restaurant needs to pay more attention to its quality control. The orange juice smelled stale, and theyg soup pot was empty. Some of the cutlery was also missing, so you have to ask for.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They kindly allowed us to store our luggage while we traveled to other cities in Morocco before returning for the last part of our trip, which made our stay very convenient and stress-free.
The room was clean, enough space and comfortable. We have a pleasant stay.
The hotel’s location was excellent, just a one-minute walk from the Casa Voyageurs Railway Station, making it very convenient for traveling between cities.
A simple suggestion for improvement would be to provide a water heater kettle in the room, if possible, so guests can conveniently prepare tea or coffee at night or during their stay.
