Location and proximity to train station.
Very bad pillows. Woke up with very stiff neck. Shower did not have one drop of shampoo/body soap. I reported this and it was not refilled in a timely manner.

It is right next to the Casa Voyager train station ?
I have stayed at this hotel location for years for that reason and the new hotel is even better than the old facility. There are taxis and the Metra right there that getting o the airport, around the city or even the country from there is ideal.

Very disappointing stay at Ibis Hotel Casa Voyageurs. The room had a strong unpleasant smell (likely from carpets and humidity), and cigarette odor was very noticeable. I even found fresh blood on the bedsheets, which is completely unacceptable.
Within 30 minutes of check-in, I requested a refund due to health concerns, but the staff refused. They offered to show other rooms, but unfortunately, the conditions were similar. Customer service was poor and unprofessional, prioritizing $70 over customer satisfaction, which is disappointing for a global hotel brand.
For the same price, you can easily get a much better and cleaner place elsewhere. Definitely not worth it.
It’s shocking that private apartment rentals in Casablanca offer better quality than a professional hotel.

Location is convenient. Fast and friendly check in- out thanks to Mr AbdelHakim.
They need to try harder with breakfast - not only the start time of the breakfast which is 7 am but when we arrived there was nothing ready. It took them almost 1 hour to slowly bring food, dragging their feet so lazily… The chef was invisible, no one asking if we needed an omelette. I was disappointed with the quality of food- completely cold.

Overall, I had a really good experience at the hotel. The location was great and convenient, and the room itself was comfortable and clean, which made the stay enjoyable. The staff and service were also solid.
Aside from that, I was happy with my stay and would consider coming back.
One small thing I noticed wasn’t really the hotel’s fault, but more about other guests — sometimes there was noise from people not being very considerate, like slamming doors or being loud in the hallways. It didn’t ruin my stay, but it’s something worth mentioning.

The staff were courteous and professional, and the check-in process was handled efficiently. The room itself was clean
However, I was disappointed that no luggage assistance was offered, despite my having four pieces of luggage, which made the arrival less comfortable than expected. Furthermore, no complimentary drinking water was provided in the room, which is unusual in my experience with hotels. I was also concerned to find that the toilet roll appeared to have been previously used rather than replaced with a new one.

Breakfast was good but it's all the same everyday!
My little concern Bathroom after taking shower there is a lot of water out and goes to the floor where is the toilet, and hopefully AC and heater are always working even cold weather or hot outside,because when opening windows are very noisy outside and there's a flies and mosquito coming in when the windows are open. Thank you hoping next time are much better we like the location very convenient and close to train station as well.

If you are catching a train or coming off a train and need a night or two stay in Casablanca, this is the perfect location. The tram is also right beside it.
We stayed first week of February and the hotel already shut off the AC and only have the heater on. However, the room is small and stuffy. It might be cold outside, but it's not like we are going to sleep outside! the only solution they can offer is to open the windows, which solved the problem but created two new ones -- noise and the flies.
Breakfast-- I hope they actually label all the mystery jams they have on offer. People would take time decipher the spreads, when they could have easily just labeled the breakfast items.
