The location was good. My suite was dated and looked like it was from the 1990s Definitely would not stay here again. Staff were lovely and helpful but the room was so not worth what I paid
The room looked like an old government office and it was a junior suite. I was quite disappointed in the hotel

The guy at reception upgraded our room, but the view was not that good. This is really beautiful and great hotel in Casablanca. It is in the centre of Casablanca and very easy to reach any places there. The room was really big.

The staff is amazing. The night restaurant was awesome and so was the entertainment. The location is perfect.
The carpet in the room - update to tile. And the toilets is in a separate location in the room than the sink and shower

The breakfast was excellent. Hamadi was very helpful and professional — he assisted us with train tickets and ensured all our requests were handled smoothly.
1. The room I booked was advertised on Booking.com as having a view of the Mohamed Ali Mosque. However, upon check-in I was informed that this is “subject to availability,” which was not mentioned at the time of booking. This means you may pay extra for a feature that is not guaranteed. 2. The room was very noisy. Even though it was on the 11th floor, I could not sleep peacefully as there was no effective noise insulation. 3. Cleanliness was below standard: there were coffee stains on the mugs, stains beneath the bed, dirty and torn curtains, and window frames full of dust. 4. Their system is not properly linked with Booking.com. I had already paid for breakfast, yet I had to waste a significant amount of time during my meal proving this, only to later find out the issue was due to their system error.

Yahya at the check-in desk was very helpful and professional. The breakfast was very good.
1. The room was very noisy, and even on the 7th floor there was no effective noise insulation. 2. The hotel was extremely crowded, which negatively affected the overall experience. 3. Because of an economical conference held there, we were not allowed to use certain facilities (such as the swimming pool), as they were reserved for president of some African country. This was never communicated to us in advance, which was disappointing, as access to the facilities is part of what guests are paying for. 4. The curtains were torn and the window frames were dirty, which impacted the cleanliness of the room.

I had a very unpleasant experience at the Hyatt Regency in Casablanca. From the moment I arrived, the staff and security guards treated me with a clear lack of respect and professionalism. I was there with a van for my clients, and despite the parking area being completely empty, they refused to allow me to park. Their attitude was dismissive and unhelpful, and they made no effort to accommodate a reasonable request, even though it was obvious there was space. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially from a hotel that claims to offer high standards of service. I expected much better from a brand like Hyatt. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back, and I would not recommend this location to others based on my experience.

The location was great. HAMDI, the concierge, was outstanding. The lady who services the room BOUCHERO, on the 5th floor, was SUPER GOOD (made beds, cleans, etc.) The room was large and very comfortable, and the shower was as good as I have had anywhere in the world.
The pool was beautiful, but it was TOO DEEP. My wife did not get in because the lowest point of water was over her head when standing up.

Was humide, windows don’t open , sounds from the street even with closed windows, all furniture are old. Till today’s i didn’t have reimbursement from the hotel, i stayed only one night but was paid for 10 nights
