Title: Illegal Confiscation of ID, Harassment, and Threats – U.S. Citizen Stranded
I am a U.S. citizen who stayed at this hotel. What happened here is not a simple dispute—it is illegal and dangerous.
What happened:
· The hotel was to invoice my company for payment. Despite my company's repeated requests for the invoice on multiple dates, the hotel never sent it.
· On January 17, 2026, the Desk Manager, Ali Dommane, confiscated my state identification card without legal authority.
· Mr. Dommane falsely claimed he contacted my company. He never did.
· Mr. Dommane sent a threatening email stating I would "be in trouble" if the bill was not paid—without ever sending the requested invoice.
· Mr. Dommane threatened me with police action multiple times.
· Mr. Dommane caused a public scene in the lobby, disturbing other guests.
· Mr. Dommane falsely reported my ID was sent to the police and demanded I check out.
· On March 24, 2026, hotel staff forced me to check out but refused to return my ID. I remain stranded without identification, without money, and with nowhere to go.
This hotel confiscates IDs, threatens guests, and uses police intimidation instead of sending a simple invoice. I have filed criminal complaints and am seeking legal action.
Do not stay here. This is not a safe establishment.

Horrible extremely dirty, had to ask them to change the room due to a massive number of flies , they gave a room that smells bad instead of, the hotel is outdated and in a very bad shape

The hotel had a great location and served a delicious breakfast. Overall, the hotel room was excellent. The cleaning lady was very friendly and did her job well, showing genuine care for us. Additionally, the front desk staff was very helpful in arranging a taxi for us to the train station.
