I really liked the cleanliness of the room, the comfortable bed. The location was also great — close to everything I needed. Overall, it was a very pleasant and relaxing stay.
I didn’t like the way one of the staff members treated me — especially the man in front of the hotel wearing a suit. He was quite rough and unwelcoming, which made me feel uncomfortable. It really affected my overall impression of the hotel.

It started with this person behind the counter (male 55 to 60) who did not even take the time to say "hi" back when i said "hi" and simply pointed to another person (young man in 30s). when the young man was trying to help me the older guys yelled "give him room 2xx". it was a very bad room for the price i was paying (shower head throwing water everywhere...). you can get a lot better in casablanca for the price they were charging. when i was checking out, i learned that floors 1 and 2 are horrible so that male in 55 wanted me to be on the horrible floor and meant it. You can get something else better for the same price. NB other staff were nice. male in 55 had the public servant mentality.

A power blug was missed when I checked out. I called the hotel and they told me they saw only empty box while it was inside the box. I am sure they took it.

Room is big enough and balcony is class. Bathroom has a great space aswell. Hotel in general is very good. ATM at hotel, pool and bar. I didn't like the wifi connection. Very poor signal and when its good doesn't work very well.
