The location.
The reception staff seriously need training. I was asked by Ikhlas to wait for 5 minutes because the housekeeping team was still cleaning my room. I waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Nothing. The senior receptionist, Abdel Karim, was also rude, not to me but to his staff members in front of me. Maybe that's how they work in hotels? The room itself was decent, but the fridge was rusty and wouldn’t close properly. The windows also didn’t close properly, making the room extremely noisy at night. I had to sleep with earplugs. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience. The room had potential, but the poor reception service and basic maintenance issues made the stay frustrating. I stayed at the hotel in 2025 and now in August 2026. Compared to my recent stay at the hotel, the experience last year was way better.

Хорошая локация рядом с морем, просторные номера.
Всё остальное. 1. Еда. Однообразный завтрак, каждый день одинаковый. Отсутствие на шведском столе мяса, кроме одного вида тонко нарезанной на 4 кусочка слайса ветчины. 2. Доисторическое оборудование. Фен, кондиционер, мебель (старая и уставшая), скрипящие при открывании/закрывании окна. Чайник отсутствует как данность, холодильник есть, но он просто НЕ РАБОТАЕТ, а выполняет функцию ночника. Из-за высокой влажности пол постоянно липкий. WI-FI в номерах тоже НЕ РАБОТАЕТ. 3. Персонал. Нам в номер постоянно не докладывали одноразовое мыло для стирки. Приходилось бегать искать уборщика и клянчить у него положенное мыло, чтобы иметь возможность постирать свое белье. Странная схема с полотенцами — сначала приходит человек забрать грязные, но новые выдает только спустя 2-3 часа. Чем вытираться в этих промежутках (после душа/моря/бассейна) непонятно. Впервые сталкиваюсь с подобной схемой, во всем мире полотенца меняют сразу, кроме этого отеля. 4. Отсутствие нормальных магазинов в округе, но это уже недостаток локации. В целом, рядом с пляжем супермаркетов нет, будьте готовы покупать напитки и снеки в ларьках по выдуманным ценам.

Perfect location! Near the beach and located in an upscale area that is clean and beautiful. I love the friendly atmosphere and warm welcoming of the hotel staff at the door and at the restaurant.

I love how nice and comfortable and classy the place was. And it every time you were out and came back and o the hotel it felt like coming home?. Broski the view???
The lock on the bathroom door was hard as hell to close. And the water pressure like the shower or beday kinda weak??

I really liked the cleanliness of the room, the comfortable bed. The location was also great — close to everything I needed. Overall, it was a very pleasant and relaxing stay.
I didn’t like the way one of the staff members treated me — especially the man in front of the hotel wearing a suit. He was quite rough and unwelcoming, which made me feel uncomfortable. It really affected my overall impression of the hotel.
