Pleasant
The hotel’s lobby and dining area were very nice. However, the rooms were not clean or well-maintained. The rooms are in need of renovation.
The toilet and bathroom are in very poor condition and need renovation. The behavior of the hotel staff is also rude.

Everything was excellent from entering reception and being greeted. The breakfasts were nutritious and much to choose from. My housekeeper went above and beyond in her duties. It was all clean and comfortable but mostly the bed was so comfortable with the most comfortable sheets Ive ever slept on.
There was nothing I didnt like.

The only good thing about this hôtel is the Night Shift receptionist. Everything else is absurd.
Disgusting breakfast, horrible bathroom that barely functions. Chandeliers in the room that don’t light. Bedding hard as a rock. Rusty Crusty fittings. Decor that they acquired from a 99c stores.
They sell you an 8oz bottle of water for $2.
You hear the tramway passing by 24/7
They managed to find The soap dispenser that doesn’t cleanse at all.
I think that management is on something made locally and they get it cheap too.

I liked the location and I really liked the decor. Also the breakfast is great and they will make you an omelette. It has an elevator. The shower leaked behind the toilet which is more of an issue to cleaner than me.
Can’t really think of anything. I had a great sleep there after a long flight.

The Moroccan culture painted on the interior walls
The water inside the toilet kept running, even after I reported it. The shower faucets were covered with corrosion. Shower water didn't work

I like this hotel very much. I don’t eat a huge breakfast so the price of their breakfast is over priced for me. They serve a huge smorgasbord of options.
The beds are comfortable. The room quiet and clean. The hot water and water pressure is great. The location for me is good because I was conducting business near there but for a holiday I would choose differently. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Staff was friendly and helped us with finding cabs and a dinner place. Rooms were cute. Hotel seemed to be in process of renovations, but was completely fine for a one night stay.
It needs a little update. Hammam was closed.

I have returned here several times for the old Morrocan vibe. The small, cordial staff will welcome you quietly and gently. Breakfast is a generous and colorful buffet. Omlettes made to order, local fruits and juices. Tram station 2 minutes away, going one stop to Casa Port train station.The bellman, on my first visit, walked me to the bus station and made sure I had the correct instructions. This is what you can expect here.

Location was ideal since it's easy walking distance to the bus station and Casa Port train station. Also the old medina and lots of assorted shopping. Buffet breakfast was the best I've ever had.

Wonderful
Can walk from Casa Port station, there is a tram line outside. One block up at the tram intersection the other tram line will goto Casa Voyageurs train station. Big supermarket a block up. Walkable to sights. Good breakfast.
Not much of view even though on 9th floor.
