Close to the restaurant and coffee shops.
It wasn’t clean enough, the stuff were very mean, especially the man in the reception. They didn’t come to clean the room I requested. they threw out the the bottle of water. The television didn’t work. The air condition makes strong sounds. They didn’t come to fix it and they promised me to change the room but they didn’t. And many other concerns.

The hotel is in a central location and the staff are very friendly especially Tawil, he took care of all our needs and even stored our luggage for us when we went for long tour. I highly recommend thid hotel.

The only positive part of my stay was the staff. They were kind, professional, and genuinely tried their best to help. They listened to my concerns, moved me to another room without hesitation, and were respectful throughout. Unfortunately, despite their efforts, the condition of the hotel itself was unacceptable. The staff did everything they could, and I truly appreciate their kindness and cooperation.
Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The first room I was given was infested with ants. Even after housekeeping cleaned the room, there were still ants on the bed and bedsheets. I also found someone else’s fingernail in the room, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the cleanliness standards. There was also an unpleasant smell throughout the room. I have allergies, and after spending the night there, I started experiencing itching all over my body. I barely got any sleep because of how uncomfortable the room was. I want to make it clear that the staff at the reception were polite and genuinely tried to help. They moved me to another room as soon as I reported the issue. Unfortunately, the second room also had ants, so the problem clearly goes beyond the staff and points to poor housekeeping and hotel management. I appreciate the efforts of the employees, but the overall condition of the hotel was unacceptable. This is not the level of cleanliness or quality I would expect from a 3-star hotel, and I would not stay here again.

. The location of the property, it is almost on downtown and very close to most of shopping and a verity of restaurants. . The staff are very kind and willing to assist. . The cleaning and the comfort of the property. . Daily breakfast is so delicious and well prepared. It is offered in a very comfortable and a nice place. . The lobby is nice and comfortable to sit.. Overall, the property worth staying.
The property is located on a very busy road, so the rooms located on the side of the street are noisy, so I selected the highest level of the property and on the street side, and was ok for me.

Everything! Clean rooms, friendly staff, great location, and excellent service. It was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We really appreciated the early check-in at 11:00 AM instead of 2:00 PM. It made a big difference and showed their excellent hospitality.

I liked the location, cleanliness, friendly staff, breakfast, and the good value for money.
The only drawbacks were the street noise on my first night due to a nearby nightclub, and the fact that the TV offered only Moroccan's channels
