facility located in the heart of downtown and souq. it suits traders and those coming for business. guests can hear the trafic noise inside the rooms all day and night. rooms are not cleaned daily. hot water inside the shower is not easily available. the breakfast is very poor and no one can call it breakfast especially in a four starts rated hotel like majestic. this hotel is not recomended for anyone with disbility
a lot is required. while staff are freindly, hotel managment is totally remote to understand the hotel industry and techniques. poor quality services

great stuff , breakfast people do great job
terribly noisy street and night clubs keep you up all night . dont get the street side rooms + old rooms , need better cleaning , mold, some blankets and sheets have stains and towels are worn down

The hotel is nice, the rooms are a good size, and comfortable. The breakfast is good, and you can get an omelett if you ask for it. The receptionist at night, valid, was very helpful. Good location.
The noise from the disco can be heard at night, so ask for a room high up and opposite the night club. You have to ask for the omelette at breakfast and there is no way to know unless you read the reviews on booking before.

The night staff Mehdi is a very good and professional person such people deserve upgrade at their work as he know how to deal with customers and situations.
The attitude of the day staff specially the two ladies. I had an issue about the stay and the supplement bed I had to explain my self thousand of time as if I was lying and I told them just to check cameras if they are confused about what I am saying . After I took the lift to the 1st floor I hear them discussing about me with a loud voice in front of other customers in the reception. I was sooo disappointed about this kind of attitudes. I feel some staff still need to lear customer service.

Elevator didn’t feel safe, hallways were dark when walking to find your room. No hot water in my room. Location was bad, dirty old area but it was close to almost everything.

Everything LOOKED nice until…
we checked into a room that had a VERY strong toxic chemical scent that seemed to have been placed there in order to mask the incessant mould problem that is permeating the building. We got a headache (either from the mould or the chemical) and were moved to another room, though we ended up leaving after just a couple of hours since we were starting to get sick and we were told by the honest staff that this is a real problem with all of their rooms. Booking wouldn’t address this issue unfortunately so I wish to inform others of the serious health hazards that are presented by this hotel’s practices and lack of building maintenance.

I stayed at Majest Hotel in Casablanca on December 4th and 5th, and I was very pleased with my experience. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast was very good and included delicious Moroccan dishes such as traditional bread, Moroccan tea, and Moroccan soup. The hotel’s location is excellent—close to everything I needed and very convenient for getting around the city. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay, and I would happily return.
