Very Good
Location was really great. Walkable to port train station - easily walk with luggage from airport. Felt safe.
The room was very small. It is very outdated. The comforter was dirty and hadn’t been washed in a while.

Easy to get to and easy to leave from. On arrival at Casa Voyageurs, take the tram (across the street) to the United Nations Plaza (7 dh/6 stops/ticket machine at platform entrance) and the hotel is a short two block walk from there. Easy with rolling luggage and a backpack. When I left for the airport the next day - Casa Port has a frequent train to the airport and it is a 6 minute walk from the hotel (literally around the corner and very easy to find). I stayed in Casablanca for one night after a 3 week trip thru Morocco. More than enough time to see the city, the Mosque, Rick's and had a good, basic dinner at the hotel w/ wine and their breakfast was great. Room was quiet, bed was comforable and the extra blanket was welcome.
Nothing - hotel is perfect for seasoned travellers. 24 Hr Front Desk support. Efficient and responsive. And the access to the airport is superb. Hotel is just off the busy boulevard - but windows are oriented so that the rooms are very, very quiet!

Location was great, close to old Medina and walking distance to some attractions. Staff were helpful and friendly. Mohammed took us to the Royal Air Maroc office when we had a query with our flight. Breakfast was good. Rooms clean.
Nothing to do with the Hotel, but there are a lot of scammers nearby, who will approach you outside the Hotel saying they worked at the Hotel and will then try to take you to carpet sales in the market. This happened to about 4 couples we met at the hotel. Two story lines were the "Berber widows from the earthquake were in town" and that there was a "nearby music festival". Just something to be wary of.

The rooms are large i and spotless. The bed is very comfortable.. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast is very good and just a short walk from Casa port train station.

The location is excellent, very near the train station and walking distance to lots of attractions in Casablanca.
The air-conditioning is blowing out air only, the toilet door lock is missing, room is dark and the hotel looks dated. This hotel needs to upgrade urgently if it wishes to stay relevant.

It’s in a good location.
The hotel provides a room and that’s it. They don’t give anything else, not even complimentary water or international electrical sockets or adaptors. They didn’t even put a kettle or a coffee maker in the room.

Very good location close to the tram sop and great for exploring downtown Casa .
Good rooms with good ventilation
Its style is dark and dated which isn’t our style . The breakfast is ‘average’ and the staff are ok but not particularly warm and welcoming .
That said the lactation and price is good , so we would stay again
