Plenty of space in the room, very pleasant staff, a basic but tasty breakfast, and SUPER comfy beds and blankets. We all slept perfectly!
In the morning hot water was not available for a shower. The ventilation system only works in cooling mode, so it was chilly inside in mid-January. I understand that heating systems are uncommon in Africa, but it was still quite cold

Good location
The room was not ready by the check-in time. After the cleaning finally finished the room wasn’t really clean unfortunately (hair in shower and sink). Poor variety of the breakfast dishes, less tasty than expected.

Its location was very good and convenient. Room sizes were great and generous. Staff was extremely friendly and tried their best to make our stay as good as possible.
1. There was an off-odor in the hallways
2. Bathroom mat towel was soaked when we arrived as if there was an active leak from somewhere.
3. Shower leaked through to the bathroom floor in room 907.
4. Pillows were hard and not comfortables
5. Sheets were rough
6. Breakfast buffet offered very limited options.

- The hotel require a complete renovation because everything is old and broken starting from the elivators up to the rooms, bathrooms and toilets
- The hotel and elevators smells to food because the hotel restaurant is in fact at the same as the lobby.
- The towels are very old, worn thin and smells to bleach
- The bed mattress is old and very uncomfortable
- Uncomfortable and bad pillows
- Bedsheets and pillow covers are old and lost softness. They must be changed

The hotel is in a good location. Everything was great. The room was spacious, clean and really comfortable. All the staff were friendly, cordial and helpful. We enjoyed our time here. The breakfast was perfect. Special thanks to all the staff.

The receptionist was so polite and kind, amazing location (they are right in front of CTM bus station!).
Nice clean bedroom and bathroom.
Easy to hear sounds in the neighbour's room or in front of the front door.
