Clean, well located with regards to the beach

Hotel is so beautiful. Amazing view from the restaurant. Breakfast so good !! Pool is amazing for adults and young kids. ALL the staff from Nadia at the front desk to the cleaning ladies are so welcoming and helpful. Great price for amenities. Thanks again !

The room was spacious and comfortable, with useful amenities like a fridge and kettle that made the stay more convenient.
On the downside, the room was quite noisy due to traffic from the road and the air conditioning. There were also a few flies and mosquitoes in the room, which was a bit annoying.

The room was comfortable and well-maintained. However, the only issue I experienced was that it took quite a long time for the staff to respond to and address my request regarding the air conditioning. Aside from that, my stay was pleasant, and I appreciated the overall quality of the room and facilities.
While the room itself was comfortable, I was somewhat disappointed with the customer service. The two front desk staff members I interacted with were not particularly friendly or welcoming when I approached them with my requests. A warm and accommodating attitude would have made a significant difference in the overall guest experience. Additionally, I was traveling with four large pieces of luggage, and one staff member asked whether I needed assistance carrying them. Given the amount of luggage I had, it was quite obvious that some assistance would have been appreciated. A more proactive approach in helping guests with their luggage would greatly enhance the level of service provided. I hope this feedback will help improve the guest experience for future visitors.

Wonderful
The swimming pool was great with the bar and the staff being attentive about fresh towels and arranging the sun beds. The AC was very silent in the room, the shower had nice hot water.

We had to move 3 times The hotel said that they couldn’t accommodate the same room One Front staff, she was very direct which came across as rude at times. No face cloths available A bit of sewer smell in room and shower heads need updating Sometimes the incense was too strong in the hotel.

Great location, many restaurants and grocery stores near by or in our Hotel. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, very friendly people. Excellent Moroccan food around the corner.
Bar out our window went on until the wee hours. No ocean view from most rooms.
