Wonderful
The swimming pool was great with the bar and the staff being attentive about fresh towels and arranging the sun beds.
The AC was very silent in the room, the shower had nice hot water.

We had to move 3 times
The hotel said that they couldn’t accommodate the same room
One Front staff, she was very direct which came across as rude at times.
No face cloths available
A bit of sewer smell in room and shower heads need updating
Sometimes the incense was too strong in the hotel.

It was noisy outside at night, but not their fault. Just the location of where it is located & location is great.

Great location, many restaurants and grocery stores near by or in our Hotel. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, very friendly people. Excellent Moroccan food around the corner.
Bar out our window went on until the wee hours. No ocean view from most rooms.

Wonderful
This was a beautiful hotel with an ocean view and a wonderful restaurant. We felt very spoiled by the hotel staff and enjoyed our time here very much. We would come here again when next in Casa.

The staff were very helpful and went above and beyond to provide everything we needed.
This hotel is in a run down section of town, to walk to the beach there's huge amounts of construction rubble and huge piles of trash that reeked. The view from our room was of an abandoned building with a ripped awning. We arrived really late the first night and we could see someone in that uninhabitable building smoking a cigarette.

Room was very good and great size. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast, it had a good selection and the ability to sit out on the balcony and look at the palm trees and ocean was great.
We were surprised when we went to the beach nearby that there was so much garbage on the beach and there was a big garbage pile behind the hotel.

The lady who check me in on the night I arrived had an attitude so she was the worst when I asked to switch my room. Which was agreed upon had a possibility before I went to the room she assigned to me.
