Wonderful
The hotel is very clean, staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast has many choices, the walk along the beach is nice. Hotel doesn't have private walk to the beach but guests can use the public access.

Spacious room, nice breakfast spread
We got to the hotel around past 1am and receptionist insists that we pay full amount for previous day to have access to the room. We negotiated for half payment but he declined. We didn't have a choice because we had two kids below 4yrs.We're holiday makers, what if we didn't have enough funds. I won't be coming back here, they are not considerate at all.

Every thing was wonderful- the pool staff was particularly attentive and intuitive to our needs.

Very friendly staff. The lifeguard was helpful and the staff were always on hand to assist
Carpets in the room were slightly dated and could use a refresh. Also, on the last day we requested a taxi, which was delayed, which could have been handled better.

The main advantage is location, it provides an amazing view (I took with a view to the ocean, but its also amazing from the restaurant in the hotel), there are shops and restaurants, also currency exchange office is nearby.
The second thing that pleased me, that a lot of staff members speak English, everyone friendly and helpful.
Also worth mentioning that cuisine was actually good there.
The only concerning thing was that the glass in the balcony railing was cracked.

Clean, well located with regards to the beach
Everyone was excellent except the restaurant staff who Were probably understaffed, however the staff were slow in responding

Hotel is so beautiful. Amazing view from the restaurant. Breakfast so good !! Pool is amazing for adults and young kids. ALL the staff from Nadia at the front desk to the cleaning ladies are so welcoming and helpful. Great price for amenities. Thanks again !

The room was spacious and comfortable, with useful amenities like a fridge and kettle that made the stay more convenient.
On the downside, the room was quite noisy due to traffic from the road and the air conditioning. There were also a few flies and mosquitoes in the room, which was a bit annoying.
