Exceptional
Everything! Our clean room; staff; common spaces; breakfast; location. Could not have chosen a better hotel. Very close to Casa Port and many historical sites. Would definitely stay there again and so glad we found it.

The hotel is well situated in the middle of the medina. Staff were friendly, check-in was brisk, and the room was clean and spacious. The staff also arranged our transfer to the airport the next day.
The hotel is a bit old, though that's part of it's charm, so the bathroom was a bit tight. Also, the square outside was a bit noisy as we were on the second floor but it was not a big issue.

Excellent location, the possibility of transfer at night hours with the fair price (= official rate at the airport). Good communication. The place with the spirit of an old-stylish hotel with a plenty of details. Good enough breakfasts

The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a balcony that overlooked the neighbourhood. This location provided us with our first glimpse of Morocco, filling us with happiness and excitement. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating.
The bathroom was tiny and cramped.

Amazing location, very nice former grand hotel. Generally clean, but not sparkling.
Part of the hotels charm is its slightly run-down vibe, but that also means you have to accept a rather simple bathroom.

Wonderful location. Right in the heart of the old medina. Walking distance to Hassan II and the Sea. The property itself seems old (part of its charm) and wonderfully kept. Small touches of beauty everywhere.

The location is excellent. The hotel is located at the old Medina, Casa Port train station is 5 minutes walk, Hassan II mosque is 20 minutes, Mohamed V is 10 minutes walk. Amazing restaurants and cafes are all around. The hotel’s staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is delish Moroccan style. Coffee is very good. Definitely a beautiful spot to spend a night or two in Casablanca! Thank you ?

The property is centrally located. Its walkable to every local attractions and restaurants. I love the room with the balcony overlooking the sea. The interior of the hotel is very nice.

It is walking distance to the Moschee and Rick’s Cafe
The square it is on is very loud all night long. There was no air conditioning.
