Very Good
Breakfast was great and room was more spacious than I thought. Also all the staff members were kind and willing to help.
It would have better if the rooms are brighter. But overall, there was no big problem.

The only positive side is the shops and markets around.
The lady cleaning our room was very friendly.
- Dirty sheets, everything white was yellowish. Rooms very small and the way the beds were displayed was very weird.
- Lack of maintenance, many doors were left hanging. Shower very small and uncomfortable.
- The doorman doesn't help opening the door. In fact, the same doorman is the one serving beverages. His role is still not clear in my head.
- I struggled to get the wifi signal on the 5th floor. Asked several times at the reception. They told me they would fix it. At some point I decided to get my SIM card and get my own internet.
- Sometimes we didn't have water in the shower. It happened to us early in the morning and late at night.
- I asked for a kettle and a fridge. The kettle was full of scale, and dirty, showing obvious lack of maintenance.

I felt secure here.
For anyone with mobility issues, this is not your hotel. Front step risers are higher than usual, and no handrail. Elevator floor is not even with floor level, trip hazard. Several stair location in the hotel are without railings.
Additionally, the photos of the rooms on the site show 2 comfortable chairs or a couch. Which my room was missing. The split heater was initially missing the remote. When the remote was located it became apparent that the heater was not working properly. Cold air only.
The hotel gave me another room after both issues were discussed.

Hotel is a bit tired, but perfectly fine for a short stay. Restaurant not up to standard.

Disappointing
The building structure is good
Room size is ok
Beds are comfortable
Property generally nice and clean
The property itself is ok and have a potential to hotel however I am disappointed the way it is being managed. Small little things make big impact
1) No kettle or cups was in the room nor any hair dryer or Irons
2) Air conditioning in room was not up to the mark
3) The shower tap is fitted wrong other way around for hot and cold water - 5 minutes I waited for warm water figured out myself
4) I already have booked it through Booking.com but they didn’t take card payment instead demanded cash with FX rate which I wasn’t very happy with but no choice then
5) The breakfast was ok however they run out even at 9am with scrambled eggs/ omelette and my son had to wait 30 mins for that
6) They had juice / tea /coffee but demanded 15 dhs for water as they don’t offer water in breakfast- silly.
7) Last but not least if you copy paste their address from Booking.com it takes you to the wrong place we had to get another taxi from that hotel to this one.
The whole experience is messy - I try and avoid- don’t think they are value for money either with this hassle.

It's accessibility and closeness to both casa port and a few tourist locations
The place is terribly old and poorly maintained. The room i stayed in I would have left if not that bookings was gonna charge me anyway and i also got into Casa late at night. The toilet had a leak. The room smelt really bad I was too scared to sleep on the bed.
In the morning I only brushed my teeth and left cos I didn't want to take a shower there nor get to put the towel on my body cos all the towels where old.
