The Hotel is almost the same as written by others in their reviews. Excellent clean hotel, prompt staff, the room is big and very clean, nice bed with clean sheets and covers, bathroom clean with hot water, small soaps and shampoo , bidet, sockets near bed for recharging phone, clean crisp towels. No smell in room.
Since it was nice and cool weather outside they did not have the AC remote to operate it, but when i called them and told that the room is hot and when i open the window the mosquitos have entered and are bitting me. They immediately understood and opened the AC of my room.
The Hotel is located in a crowded area. I liked it , while some others will not. The local food and cafes are many just outside the hotel. It’s pretty safe. I liked the vibe.
The hotel calls and arranges taxi for 300 Dirhams to go airport which is fair and reasonable and it’s safe that’s very important.
The fact that i had to get my room AC working by requesting them . They must provide the remote. Also they must improve Wifi connectivity in the room.

Wonderful
The staff were nice and allowed me a late checkin. The breakfast was amazing for a small charge. The hotel is away from centre so will need taxi or indrive. All in all was good and clean. Would recommend.
The room could have better potential if modernised.

The location of the property is good, and the guy at the front desk was very nice
The drainage system in the shower was very poor, with water draining very slowly and quite inconvenient. I changed rooms and the second room was better but then the hot water completely stopped working and even after they said it was fixed, it still didn't work and I barely could have a shower. It was very exasperating, and left me quite unhappy obviously.

The Wi-Fi/internet service was horrible. Half the time didn’t work at all or took minutes to load a page. If internet important don’t go there unless you have cell service

In the morning the receptionist was very helpful and nice.
The bathroom was not cleaned well and there were small fly bugs in the shower. I questioned how clean the rest of the room was.

Very clean! Not only the cleanest place I have personally seen in Casablanca but the cleanest place I have stayed at in all of Morocco in the past ten years. We will definitely make this our place to stay whenever we are in Casablanca. Additionally, the AC worked great and there was an endless supply of hot water in the shower. Lastly the wifi was fast and worked well.
The drain to the shower was not good and water easily flooded the bathroom.

Location
I met other Filipino travelers who helped me with information because the receptionist on July 8th cannot.
The receptionist on July 8th. Every question I asked was like a burden for him. He clearly doesn’t enjoy his job helping others. If he doesn’t enjoy it why is he there? He can leave find other jobs he enjoy and give the hotel a chance to hire a receptionist who loves and enjoys helping others. He was not warm, not friendly, not helpful. Just cold and unhelpful.
