The service is bad, the location is so loud and it's not safe at all for girls. The room smelled so bad (mold smell) that it triggered my allergy. When I tried to sleep, I felt super itchy. The property is not clean, the white sheets have dark spots. When I couldn't stay that night and asked for a refund, the cashier gave the most random reasons like: you paid the other cashier not me, so I'm not the one to refund you. I ended up losing 60 euros and staying somewhere else. Very bad experience, I don't recommend it at all.

It was in a decent location, central to most things
the room was not very clean, no toilet paper, only 1 towel. I had to ask the staff more than once the first night to receive toilet paper and another towel.

The receptionist at night and location
Super unprofessional they took 30 Durham more from me .. they don’t have an iron or room service. They don’t know much about hospitality. They are so many noose in the wholewat from the staff and manager talking loud the whole morning. I didn’t feel like i’m in a hotel at all. Overall was bad

The hotel is old but charming, it resembles the grandeur of old Casablanca.
It is a real hotel, the rooms are nice, the bathroom is clean and spacious, and the beds are really comfortable.
The gentleman at the reception, Mohamed, is very nice and helpful.
Breakfast is ok.
I liked everything in general, the location is a little far, but nevertheless it's close tp the tram, and some important atractions. The neighborhood is old, but with plenty of restaurants.

Warning: don’t do laundry here without a hearing the exact price
Honestly, I at the beginning everything was very nice and I was welcomed warmly, but after some disappointing things happened.
So each morning I got woken up by very loud construction sounds, like very very loud. But hey, that’s probably just temporary.
Here’s what caused me dissatisfaction:
Later I wanted to do my laundry, and I asked if they could do it for me, and they said yes. I asked for a price the receptionist said: you can pay tomorrow. I replied: alright but how much is it? And he again didn’t gave me a price and said: tomorrow you can just pay, it’s ok! So I thought: ok whatever.
And when picking up my laundry, it turned out to be €30!! They said I had many items. I really didn’t have that much, maybe they counted each sock as one item?? But what I have was absolutely not worth €30! And also a pair of pants went missing after the laundry. So I am very sad after such unexpected high price and my favorite pants missing..
And to end this review without being a total hater I do want to share my appreciation for some of the staff members who were very nice and understanding ?? Thank you Mustafa!
