Wonderful
In an ideal location for accessing Casa Voyageur Station but quiet once inside. Some restaurants and small supermarkets around. Clean and functional rooms; I had a great sleep! Friendly staff willing to store luggage; spoke English well. Great value; not expensive!
Breakfast could have been better: coffee not great; bain-marie food was cold by the time I got to it. but it's optional so if you skipped the breakfast the hotel would be perfect!

My room was comfortable, spacious, and clean. I paid for breakfast, which was extra, and it was nice. It was Ramadan, and not many restaurants were open. The hotel was close to the train station and the light train.
The digital key lock was not working many times when going to my room. This happened so many times it wasn't even funny. Sorry, I hope you got this problem resolved.

The hotel was a 2 minute walk to the train station which was very helpful for getting onto our early train to the airport on our way out of Morocco. The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay.
We could not figure out the air conditioning but I am sure the staff would have helped us with it if we were not already too tired to go down and ask about it.

Reasonably good location. We picked it because it’s the hotel a tour was starting from: it was just ok
Apparently they are in process of renovating rooms. Ours wasn’t done yet. Carpet was decades old. Newer rooms look nice however

Very nice actually. Not the newest place or recently refurbished but it was very clean, comfortable and a good value. The staff were very nice as was the breakfast.

Property seemed abandoned, hallways were dark and noise from street was unacceptable. Canceled my booking and went to a nearby hotel.

Helpful manager sorted out confusion caused by booking.com not forwarding request to extend booking. Dining area staff flexible. LOcation close to train station and tram stop. Plenty of nearby eateries,

It was a start of our tour but both of our rooms had malfunctioned air conditioners and the hotel did not have any other rooms for us. We had to leave late at night for an adjacent hotel. Please let us know how to claim our hotel rooms fees for one night stay back to our credit card.

1.Great location across from train station.
2.All of the staff were welcoming, kind and helpful. They all went out of their way to be gracious. Breakfast and dinner buffets were generous.
3. Bathtub appreciated for a tired traveler (bring your own stopper)
4. A/C worked well.
I will definitely return here on the way out of the Casablanca Airport at the end of my trip!
