Moldy bathrooms, black floors in rooms , smelly sheets and derity traied to change the room but all i saw has same issue

Apartment which is a good space and there is a tv and AC
Nothing was there, I don’t know it’s usually like that or it’s because it was the final match of the AFCON and Morocco wasn’t lucky to win so they were sad. There was no water or anything the fridge, AC couldn’t work, not much things in the bathroom, water in the bathroom want strong ??‍♂️ it’s far also from the airport

Room is spacious, clean, breakfast is good and local. Staff is very friendly. Neighborhood is central. Checkin was easy and at any time. They allowed a 2pm checkout with no charges.
TV needed login to all services (not even local channels), a little bit of cigarette smell in the room and other guests were noisy by night. Could have more than 1 towel.

The rooms we had during both stays were spacious and inviting. Decent bathrooms.
Only figured out one of the TVs. The others were impossible; luckily, we weren't in Casablanca to watch TV. Had to ask for toilet paper or we'd have run out. One towel per person is barely adequate for 2 days. Booked the Gray Boutique Hotel on our way home as Bookings indicated they had an airport shuttle. On check-in there appeared to be no knowledge of this. In the morning we learned there is one but it's more expensive than a taxi. No dinner served in the restaurant the night we could have used it. Breakfast served until 10;00 a.m., but after 9:30 slim pickings, although restaurant staff were very nice.

The location is great.
The maintenance on the rooms is pretty poor. Some of the facing on the walls were falling off. And the furniture has some stains on it. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it arrived cold and the french fries arrived cold. It really was not good.

Absolutely perfect for the price you pay. Excellent value. The location is fantastic. Clean rooms and friendly staff made the stay even better.

Although the place was nice, what made it better was the customer service. The staff were very nice and welcoming, especially Wafaa at the front desk. She was extremely kind and accommodating and even extended our checkout time as we were running late. She answered all our questions and tended to our needs. I would recommend this place especially because of the helpful staff and how much they cared for us.
The breakfast did not have a lot of variety items

Quiet location but near shopping, restaurants and attractions. Staff very helpful and attentive, rooms are more like suites with full amenities, nice living space with kitchenette and pleasant seating area.
