The hotel was centrally located with easy access to main malls nearby by petit taxi.
A lounge on main floor that provides drinks would be nice. I understand that alcohol may not be provided. But all others should be with quick service, with an area to wait for friends and transport. Snacks of any kind also nuts, chips etc.

food, clients handling, you pay for breakfast over 1200Ero and it was old food over 1 or 2 days, the fruit are old and not fresh ,the pai is soft and old

breakfast had a great spread. Staff were friendly but not knowledgeable.
Our bath towel had a hole in it. The staff were not able to give good directions and was not very helpful in giving advice like where to go. We asked them to mark out where the hotel was on a printed map. They said that the hotel is not in the printed map. It is beyond the map. Then I used google and found where it is .. on the printed map. The hotel is there. Sometimes, they miss putting bottle of water for us and we have to ask. I asked about light switches in the room and they said they will send someone to show me but the person never showed up.

The room is very spacious and comfortable with good lighting.
The staff was not helpful. We asked the guy at the front desk (No conceirge) to help with restaurant reservation on Oct 9 morning. He was not friendly, he dialed the restaurant # and past the phone to me and said you can talk to them yourself. He was playing on his phone half the time. Also, there is a foreign exchange rate board at the front desk,. Im expecting them to have the m9ney exchange service but the same staff didnt exchange for us when we asked to exchange some local currency. Very bad attitude and poor customer services.

The hallway to the room smells paint and and chemicals cause headaches we have to leave the window in the room open to breathe we had tied schedule visit and did not have time to ask for change of room when we checked out I told the manager about it the carpet full dirty spots

Not as expected, they do not answer the calls, they do not care about guests. Does not deserve 5 stars hotel.
No communication tools, they rarely answer the calls, and if you ask about something they do not provide it.
