The room was clean, the staff was amazing and the hotel is very calm, also the breakfast is varied and has multiple savoury choices which I appreciate alot.
Everything was good to the standard and a great value for the money. If you re traveling for business this is the place for you.

The staff! Customer Service, kindness, and genuine authenticity go along way.
Muhammad Amine was an excellent front receptionist.
The breakfast buffet was great.
Location, location, location.
I love that it had two bathrooms, but the half bathroom was designed poorly with the door not being able to open fully, making it difficult to get in and out.
The beds could be slightly more comfortable but overall still good for the value.

The advertisement said there would be a patio, and there was no patio. The room smelled like smoke, and all windows were wide open. View of wall. The room was not restocked with items after the last guest. Reception was not that helpful or communicative. The location was so so. Lots of fast food/junk food eateries, no really authentic local food. It's not a good value.

The staff were fantastic. The location is ideal, very central and lots of food and café options. Blackout curtains and comfortable bed. Surprisingly quiet for such a central location.
I would suggest adding hooks in or just outside the shower as it was inconvenient having to put the towel and robe on the shelf across.

Staff were lovely and very accommodating. It was very convenient- walked to and from shops, bank machines and fast food restaurants. Location very convenient. Cute one bedroom apartment style. Loved that there is an actual full bedroom separate from living room.
The decor was cute but felt like the upholstery and all trimmings hadn’t been deep cleaned in quite some time.

Very spacious and newly renovated rooms. We had the junior suite with came we a full kitchen and lounging area plus a big outdoor private terrace. Would be great for a family.
The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.
