Anouar is truly one of the best hotel receptionists I have ever met. From the moment I arrived, he welcomed me with a warm smile, genuine kindness, and outstanding professionalism. He was always attentive, patient, and eager to help with every request, making sure my stay was comfortable and stress-free.
His excellent communication, positive attitude, and dedication to guest satisfaction made a lasting impression. Employees like Anouar are a real asset to the hotel and are the reason guests want to return.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The reception staff were outstanding, especially Anouar and Yassir. They were extremely welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their kindness, efficiency, and attention to detail made me feel valued from the moment I arrived until I checked out.
Anouar and Yassir went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, providing excellent service and making my stay smooth and enjoyable. They are a real credit to the hotel. the studio was clean and big with confortable beds + available heater and AC. very friendly staff.
too much noise. We can almost hear everything from next rooms + people pulling their luggage on the stairs very late in the night and early morning.

As a manager of saudi arabian air lines' humen rescources i t almost travelled the intire world ,, non of all hotels i met could capture my heart like this hotel did ... every single detail is wonderful starting from the reception guys anwar ,,najat ,,nawal ending by all orher hotel's crew member ..
It's nothing other than your second calm and peacfull home and strongly recomend it

The nice staff
1. The water in shower is hard to get and it's cold
2. The room has light all the time, because of the door of the toilet that is inf front of the room
3. There is a weird smell in the room and towels
4. Windows are covered can't be opened at all
5 don't take a downstairs room because of noise
