Location, staff and room size
All hotels need to be updated. It is time that they begin updating the rooms. The breakfast could have been more of a variety especially for the guests staying over a week.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The facilities were generally very clean, including my bathroom. I loved the self-service buffet breakfast (all you can eat for 100 DH, including pastries, sasuages, eggs, fruits, yoghurts, and cold meats). The waiters were very professional - and you can pay by card at the till. The location is also great - halfway between the Casablanca coast and the Habous markets to the south, and the tram stop is 5 minutes' walk away. Overall, it has been the best hotel I have stayed in so far in Morocco.
I think because I arrived very late on my first night (10pm), the hot water had run out for my shower. However, I didn't have this problem again for the following nights when I showered earlier. The housekeeping could be a little better (cups and teabags not replaced), but beds were made nicely, and fresh towels were always provided.

The facility was nice and also clean
The air conditioning did not work while I was there. I requested frequency that someone come and check. No one ever did. Finally I was moved to another room and the air conditioning did not work there too. It had windows I could open to cool, but then flies came in.
I asked for laundry service, 4 t-shirts, 2 gym shorts and 8 underwear and socks. Checking out this morning I was told the charge was $62 USD. I did complain and I ended up paying $42 USD. A live and learn moment not asking the price first, but I never thought my very small bag of laundry would be charged $62 USD

The service was really, really bad and the staff were not friendly at all.
When I arrived in my room, there were no towels
I had to wait almost one hour just to get towels.
We had to call the front desk four times before someone finally brought them.
Each time I called, the receptionist answered in a very casual way, as if this situation was completely normal, and without really apologizing.
Honestly, for a hotel like this, this is not acceptable.
I am very disappointed with the service.

The restaurant breakfast was great. The room was fine. Some of the staff were fine but others were not so friendly. The location was good considering it was Casablanca.
The staff that weren't so friendly. We also had a hard time getting the lights to work properly.

The location was great, close to the tramway station that leads you to Square Mohammed V and Old Medina, although it is a walk distance there if you like to walk.
Supermarket is also available around and a small mini market just beside the hotel.
Staff were so friendly and helpful specially the ladies on the reception and Mr. Hassan.
The space of the room, it was supposed to be a suite but actually it's more a room than a suite.

The location was centrally located which allowed us to be able to walk to a few places such as restaurants and cafe’s.
The bed was comfortable and the hotel

We only got two pillows and none was available at the front desk
The door malfunctioned a few times
The basin leaked - we did not report this but thought the cleaning staff would’ve noticed. Our stay was only two days
