Lovely room, excellent rooftop restaurant with fabulous views, wonderful breakfast spread in the mornings
We would overall recommend this hotel to other travelers.
Extremely loud karaoke from the bar all night the first night, though this was rectified the second night by the motel manager
Daily morning power failure in half of the room, though this was also fixed quickly both times
The hotel manager had a lot going on and seemed very distracted, so we had to ask twice for the sofa to be made up as a bed for our child on the first night.

Super comfortable and clean. Rooms are spacious and the coffee shop place is really good. Rooftop bar is very nice. Breakfast was good. Lat but not least, staff are exceptional, very friendly and accommodating.

Modern and clean room. Location is also quite good, close to other sites to visit. The staff are very friendly and helpful! They helped to arrange a taxi to take us to the airport.

-the staff was AMAZING. Special thanks to Fatima at the front desk, the housekeeping team, and the gentleman on the overnight staff who brought me botte water at 2:30 when I was very sick.

Beautiful, clean and a friendly staff.
It's in the heart of the city, but still the area around it felt a bit dodgy. Nothing they can do about it, and I believe in a few years with all renovations, this area will be nice.

Wonderful staff, good breakfast, plenty of hot water, good location. We had the “apartment with three beds,” this was a two bedroom/2 bath with a living room and a kitchenette. Lots of room for my young adult son and myself. We even have views of the ocean and the tower. The rooftop was lovely for drinks and dinner. And there were lots of adorable sayings all over the hotel. Highly recommend!
The beds were a bit hard for our liking.
