I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Wisal at reception for her kindness, warm smile, and excellent service throughout my stay. Also, many thanks to Zohir for his help with the luggage and for being so courteous and attentive. Their hospitality made my experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

The location is excellent and easy to reach. The room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. The front desk team — Othman, Mouad, and Abdu, were exceptionally welcoming and professional throughout our stay. Their warmth and attentiveness made a real difference.

We stayed in an apartment which was perfect for our family. The space was even better than expected and the staff was incredibly helpful. The rooftop terrace was lovely and we also went to the cafe in the morning. Everything was easy and clean.

Breakfast is delicious with high quality and good service. Easy to call a taxi right in front of the hotel.
We and my parents booked 2 rooms separately. The front desk told us that both rooms were not prepaid and reluctant to double check until we insisted that one room had been prepaid. It turned out that he was wrong. We paid for the second room and both rooms’ city tax. Upon checkout, the same staff asked us to pay for city tax again and said that was not paid. Again we need to insist and ask him to double check. Also, my parents were provided a very small corner room even the room next to us was empty. We raised the problem and changed room. Very unprofessional.

We had a genuinely enjoyable stay at the Kaan Casablanca. The location was ideal — easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. The staff was warm and accommodating throughout. After traveling all night, being allowed an early check-in was a welcome relief. They also went out of their way to help us secure a restaurant reservation, which wasn't straightforward given that the restaurant's only booking method was through social media — a small but appreciated effort.
The restaurant itself was lovely. We enjoyed both breakfast and lunch there and would happily return.
A few areas worth noting for the hotel:
No air conditioning in the rooms. March may seem mild, but the rooms were stuffy, and getting a good night's sleep without any way to cool down was a challenge. Even a basic cooling option would make a real difference.
A broken peephole. A minor but notable security concern — I ended up stuffing tissue into it as a workaround. Small fix, worth addressing.
No filtered ice available. For international travelers not accustomed to local water, having access to ice made from filtered water — even at the bar for purchase — would be a simple and thoughtful addition.
Bathroom privacy. The bathroom layout allows visibility into the toilet area at night when the light is on. A minor design adjustment would go a long way for guest comfort and privacy.
Overall, the Kaan Casablanca has a lot going for it — great location, kind staff, and a solid dining experience. With a few practical improvements, it could easily be a standout stay.

Nice place will cool vibes and lots of designer furniture, vey comfortable beds.

With the exception of what I explain below, the hotel was fine for what it was - sleek and modern, comfortable beds, good location as far as I could tell.
There was no air conditioning. Maybe something was lost in translation, but it sounds like they just said the air conditioning wasn't on when it got cold - but, it wasn't that cold, it was between 15-27 C / 60-80 F outside. There was no discussion of "I'm sorry, it's broken, please accept X in return for this", it was just a flat "There is no air conditioning now".
Because it's a tall downtown building (our room was on the fourth floor) those rooms store up heat all day, so it was 24 C / 75 F all night in our room. We opened the window to ventilate, but one window can only do so much, so it's still hot and now you're listening to downtown sounds all night. I've stayed in hotels with no air conditioning, in fact on this trip we stayed in a place with no air conditioning, but what makes that different is that it was part of the deal.
So this is my point - they broke the deal we had. I agreed to pay a set amount of money for a set amount of amenities, but when I show up they've changed those amenities but what I'm asked to pay is the same.

Very quiet and comfortable. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived early in morning after a long flight and front desk was so accommodating to give us our rooms right away. We really appreciated it. We came back after spending a few days in Marrakech and got upgraded to junior suite. A very nice gesture to finish our stay in Casablanca!
There weren’t anything we didn’t like about the property. We enjoyed our stay.
