Good value gor money, big bedroom & vomfy bathroom, has room heater which was welcome and front desk people are very friendly and helpful, supermarket, tram service, eateries etc are all nearby, and oh yes it has a balcony. I'll go there again

The hotel is within a 15-20 min walk from Casa Port train station and three tram stops from Casa Voyageurs train station.
I booked the room for few hours before the flight. We had two heavy suitcases and were looking for some cheap accommodation to leave our luggage at and get changed before the flight. I thought a single room would be fine. However the hotel manager insisted that I pay for 2 guests although I explained that we would not stay in the hotel for the night and would check out at 5:00 pm. When I saw the room I was so glad that we would not stay there for the night. The room was filthy. I had the feeling that when they clean their rooms they simply change the bedclothes. The furniture was old and shabby. The carpet was dirty and smelly. I am not sure the neighboring streets would be ok with single female travelers at the night time.

Walking at night towards the city centre doesn't look always so safe. A taxi is preferable ifcoming back to the hotel at night

Location good near to Medina. Staff very helpful
There was a smell in the room but did not complain as I was only there 1 night. Breakfast included.. not price it provides what you need.

Exceptional
The hospitability of the staff. At night at 4 am, the hotel Front Desk helped us to find a taxi at the airport, agreed on the price with the taxi driver. We are very thankful! The location is in the walking distance from Marina Mall. It's 2.6 km from the Casa Voyageurs.

Helpful polite staff the room was great,the downstairs bar was the perfect place for relaxing after a day of sightseeing
The balcony looked out onto the street and the opposite buildings were semi dertilec The balconies were covered in Pigeon poo so the view from our balcony was not very pleasant

The price on booking.com was not the price I paid. (30 euros in booking.com and 35 in fact in cash). The service was ok, though. The personnel were friendly and helping. The room was good and comfortable. Still generally ok and confortable a part from price confusion.

Good location, nice people, good service. Always helpful.
Close to everything, train station, city, Marina. Easy to get around. Restaurants are all over the hotel. Easy to find food.
