The location.
Very poor experience at this hotel. From the moment we entered, there was a damp and moldy smell in our room, the AC was out of order (in 40+ C heat) and there were not enough bed sheets and towels for our family of four. After alerting the front desk and insisting, they agreed to switch us to another room. The AC worked in our new room but again, only 2 towels and no bed sheets for the pull out sofa. As well, there is a night club/bar in the hotel and we could hear the noise and beat from our room until the early hours of the morning (even on the fourth floor). The vanity kit at the bathroom counter was opened and used, the carpet did not look clean and the attendant who brought up one of our bags set it down so roughly that it broke a beautiful item we had purchased in Marrakesh. Not even an apology from him or the hotel staff. This is definitely not a 5-star hotel and not representative of Moroccan hospitality which we experienced everywhere else. One of the poorest hotel experiences I have had in a while. Unclear as to why it is so highly ranked.

Fantastic 3-night stay in Casablanca!We had a wonderful 3-night stay at the Art Palace Suites & Spa. The boutique themed suites are incredibly spacious, creative, and comfortable. The staff was welcoming and highly accommodating throughout our entire visit. We thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing spa facilities and the delicious breakfast options. The hotel's central location in Gauthier felt very safe and made exploring the city incredibly easy. Highly recommend!

We loved it. Has charm, is comfortable and the staff was very attentive. Location is good, breakfast simple, but very nice. We stayed in the Elvis Presley suite, roomy and comfy with two bathrooms and TVs.
About the only thing, the Wi-Fi is spotty and slow, that's about it. Loved the place, would recommend it to our friends anytime.

In the early morning when we were getting ready to leave the water turned off for a few minutes. It was very odd, but resolved quickly. I doubt many others noticed as this happened around 3am.

The property and my room were absolutely beautiful! The bed was the most comfortable and the set up of my room was fun and unique. So luxurious! Room service is fast, and the robes and slippers are nice for a relaxing night in. The location was perfect for quick walking to a variety of sights and restaurants. I ate dinner at the Art, which was generous and delicious. I used the pool, sauna, and had a Hammam at the spa and have recommended it to several friends already. Superb experience.
