Really appreciate the upgrade to a Bungalow, which has been an awesome experience. The bed was comfortable, the pool is big enough and there is also private access to the beach. The Gym has new equipments and is quite big. The breakfast and dinner (Half-board) was exceptional, not too much but of a high quality. The service was really friendly and helpful. The location is also really good, it is the closest of all the hotels in the area to the village (Taghazout).
Unfortunately the Spa was closed for renovation so we could not try it out.

Big room, good breakfast and lunch, great beach. Private area at the beach with bar.
The hotel clearly does not deserve 5 stars. The room was not clean and needed some renovation. A lack of sun beds by the pool.

The staff, and how attentive they are, and always ready to help and make sure you feel like home. Also location is amazing. The hotel offers plenty of activities like bike renting, camel riding etc.
Cleanses, I didnt really fell like the room was properly cleaned, especially the bedsheets. Also I think they should refresh the rooms and swimming pool.
