I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Blu in Taghazout, and I can confidently say it was one of the most enjoyable and relaxing experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was top-notch — warm, professional, and genuinely caring.
A special thank you to the amazing staff who went above and beyond to make my stay both pleasant and joyful. I want to give a heartfelt shoutout to the restaurant team — every meal was a delight, served with such kindness and attention to detail. The dining experience was a highlight of my stay, and much of that is thanks to the incredible cook, Karima. Her passion and talent truly shine through in every dish she prepares. You can taste the love in her cooking — it felt like home away from home.
If you're looking for a place that combines comfort, beautiful views, and exceptional service, look no further. Thank you again to everyone at Radisson Blu Taghazout for making my visit unforgettable. I can’t wait to return!

The staff are wonderful and very supportive. They agreed with the feedback and agreed to pass it on to management.
The facility was terrible. Very loud, construction, set up of stages for a concert, loud clubbing music during the day. We arrived 3 days prior and the entire time was construction. Unfortunately, they were testing the music even on the beach throughout the day. That was the loudest part. We were really looking forward to some family down time and relaxation but unfortunately it wasn't possible. I provided the staff with more detailed feedback. It would have been nice to know when we booked that there would be disruptions on the premises so that we can make our decision accordingly. We were very disappointed by the lack of professionalism and complete disregard for guests staying there during these 3 days.

It s location is wonderful; on the beach and a nice easy walk to taghazout.
Swimmingpool and gym are great.
There was a party till late at night. And it was not the festival that will be organized after our stay. Very loud music.
No proper response from the staff. Also there was a leakage in our double room. Therefor I think the price is too high for the quality you get. We stayed at 8 places in Maroc and this counts only for this hotel.

Kids club - naima and fadoua were really lovely and kind. Very patient with our children.
Head of security was lovely and went above and beyond to make guests happy.
Resort felt very safe.

Surf school were lovely and friendly!
The food was nice. Breakfast was mostly cold though, unless eggs made on demand.
Stray cats and dogs were well cared for by staff and therefore not a problem. All looked in good healthy condition.
Reallly lovely walk to nearby village.

The condition inside the bungalows really lets down this resort. Many things are broken or worn out.
I can normally sleep anywhere however these were the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on!!! They were so hard!!!!
Door handles and taps were damaged.
Some broken floor boards cut and caught our foot.
Many marks on blinds and lights, really need replacing, unpleasant stains. For a 5 star resort these bungalows desperately need furnishing to a better standard.
On our final night the beach bar had a party, the music went on until 2am, it was very very very loud! 90 decibels recorded in our bungalow, and we were far away at the boundary. We were unable to sleep. Would not recommend this hotel if staying with young children for this reason. I am unsure why the speakers do not face towards the beach instead it travels up the hill into residents. On check out the staff did give us an apology, however we were very tired for our onwards journey.
Unfortunately would not stay again for this reason.

Fantastic, friendly place. Lovely atmosphere and great to stay in the huts. Staff were all outstanding. Thank you to Mustafa, who made breakfast so nice and to Khalid for the most wonderful yoga sessions. Brilliant place to stay and especially good to be able to walk to the local village.

The hotel is in a great location, backing on to the beach and also being a short 10-minute walk into town. We used the surf hire and played beach volleyball which were both good. The room was clean, but the drains did smell. There were shutters over the window which didn’t close as they didn’t line up with the window, which when we had wind and rain overnight meant they kept us awake banging away. The breakfast was really good. We arrived late in the evening on day one, so used the hotel restaurant for the buffet which was extortionately priced. There was no price advertised prior to sitting down, but it came to the equivalent of £70 for what is 2 cold buffets. It tasted good but was not worth the money. If we were to come back we’d definitely just skip dinner at the hotel and eat in the town every night which is much much cheaper. The main let down was a loud live DJ on our last night playing until the early hours keeping us awake when we had to catch an early flight wasn’t great. The live DJ pool party type vibe doesn’t seem to suit the rest of the hotel. We stayed for 4 nights, and would happily stay again but would avoid staying on a Saturday night to miss the live music.

Breakfast was excellent, staff were lovely - the grounds are great and the location is fantastic. Right on the beach and the surf rental is very fair. Beds were comfy. The staff are absolutely amazing, they went over and above to help with a car issue we had and didn’t expect anything at all in return, everyone was super welcoming and polite.
The rooms were well below par for £250 per room a night, the rooms are basic but not in a charming way, definitely overpriced. If you want a beer it’s £5 for a 25cl small bottle, a couple of times the bill for a round came before the drinks. The room stank of sewage, upsetting that they allowed us to check in when it was incredibly clear that it stank horrendously. No hand towels etc. I wouldn’t give it 4* at all. They need to invest in the bedrooms, clean up and fix what is broken.

Our recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of fantastic! Traveling with kids can sometimes be tricky, but this hotel made our experience utterly delightful and stress-free.
Right from the start, the hotel staff ensured our comfort and safety, which is always a top priority for parents. The facilities were meticulously clean, and there were ample measures in place to ensure a safe and secure environment for my little ones.
Now, I must sing praises for the super great guy, Hamza. He truly went above and beyond to cater to our needs and made us feel right at home. His warm smile and genuine kindness left a lasting impression on us, and my kids adored him. Whether it was needing extra towels or tips on where to find the best local playgrounds, Hamza had it all covered. His dedication to making our stay memorable was truly exceptional!
A special shoutout also goes to Amine and Othman, who were equally attentive and helpful. Their ability to engage with my kids and make them smile made our stay even more enjoyable. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with anything we needed were greatly appreciated.
In conclusion, this hotel offers a perfect blend of top-notch amenities and outstanding personal service. It's not just a place to stay, but a home away from home. We left with fond memories and cannot wait to return. If you're traveling with family and looking for a superb, safe, and welcoming place, look no further. Highly recommended!

all the meals we had were excellent. The location was excellent, right on the beach
one of the rooms smelt of drains. the service was slow at the restaurant for serving drinks. we had to wait a while to be served and then again to wait for the drinks. Drinks could have been colder.

Very warm welcome from staff, amazing lodge and kindly received a complimentary upgrade. Amazing facilities including beach club, pool, plenty of loungers and also a 24/7 gym. Breakfast had everything you could want. Brilliant stay including value.
You had to pay extra for activities such as yoga but that is to be expected when getting a great value deal.
