Hotel was every bit a 4-star and some. Great person at reception.
The exceptional late September weather perhaps cooperated to make my stay memorable.
A little more choice for breakfast? The breakfast in an adjacent building was ample every bit a 4-star but lacked creativity.

The staff was very accommodating. Everything was squeaky clean. After our AC stopped working, we immediately got another room. The staff was always respectful.
At the restaurant next to the hotel you used to be able to get breakfast la carte instead of a buffet, but this is sadly no longer the case.

Spacious room, great view and location. Nearbij the center of al hoceima. Friendly and helpful staff.
Bed was hard and not as comfortable. Hairdryer was broken.

Clean, calm, very helpful stuff, nice breakfast, great view on the sea.
In a 4* hotels, I was expecting to have a kettle and tea/coffee stuff in the room, but this was a small detail.

Close to the city center
The manager shout on the staff many times infront of the guests, the breakfast was a very low cost comparing to the price, for some reason the chief receptionist insisted to not to spend more than 30 min in the swimming pool, no drinking water been served neither at the room or at the breakfast, WiFi code is changing everyday

amazing view, the rooms are big and clean with a lovely parfum smell I enjoyed my stay at the accommodation. the staff was friendly especially Mohammed the receptionist he showed me the hotel and helped me with all the questions I had. thanks
