Great accommodation in quiet place next to the main road. Amazing surrounding - garden. Also owner was very kind, waited for me until late night, made the tea for me. I felt like at home. Highly recommended!

Elita could not have been a better hostess. So sweet and kind and it made me feel very safe that she was there. I am a solo female traveller and a woman run house.is nice. I had a rather large private room with a shared single bathroom. Good location if you're trying to explore north Latvia or even just get a good Latvian country side experience. There is fyorest to walk around, but be cautious of snakes although I didn't find any. This is a good place also to get into a book you're reading and knock out a few chapters while drinking tea or wine. overall I'd be happy to stay here again.

We got to experience winter wonderland with wandering deers in parking lot, spent a great night by fireplace with locally picked herbal tea talking and playing board games. Absolute bliss.

Beautiful, pleasant spot, with a real wood-fired pirts, clean rooms and friendly host.
Guests need to remember to reserve all amenities, including breakfast, in advance, but the host is accommodating.

The host was polite and met me in person even in fact that i arrived at late night. The room was quiet, warm, clean and sunny in the morning. It met all my expectations and sure is value for the money i paid.

The guesthouse is a former wool mill, which has been carefully restored with great attention to detail. It is located in the middle of nowhere surrounded by fields and forest. Bedclothes and futons are manufactured at the place using traditional craftsmanship and natural products. The staff was extremely welcoming and assertive. Dinner and breakfast were excellent and served in the huge hall of the farmhouse. There is a traditional smoke sauna available. We felt like being in another time (a century back).
