This is our first time here. But in Wellton Centrum much better. Breakfast.
the men at the reception worked slowly and did not accept us at 2:30 PM. They said that many guests leave late, so they do not have time to clean the rooms. When we returned at 3 PM, they said again that there were no places and did not give us anything in compensation. The room has poor insulation because the rubber on the opening window is defective. There is no pool in the spa. The steam room door does not close. The shower in the steam room does not flush properly. Visitors drink alcohol and leave beer cans everywhere. At one time, there were 15 people in the spa. There was nowhere to sit on. The main shower stream is very weak.

Great location, clean room with everything we needed
We stayed three nights and unfortunately did not have housekeeping clean our room once, even when we put out the “please clean” sign on our door. The spa could also use a bit of an update.

Hotel very well located. Very good breakfast with multiple options. Clean and spacios. Heated bathroom I have a thing for the attics so I enjoyed the view.
No shower gel in the bathroom at all in the 2 nights we had. The heater was not working although it was turned on it remained cold. I suspect a malfunction. The good part was that the one in the bathroom did work so we left the bathroom door open to warm the room.

As we arrived and departed Riga via bus, the location of this hotel was ideal for us, as it is very close to the bus station and a quick walk away from old town. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good, with lots of choices.
It might be nice for the spa thermal area to be open a bit later in the evenings, so that it could still be used while also making the most of the city's attractions while they are still open. (We did not use it for this reason)

-SPA -Great location in Old Town -Clean room
Room is awfully small, they put chair and table, so there's literally no place to stay, rather than lay in bed. All beds are twin beds moved together, but not like in a good hotel, where they connected, so no luck on good sleep, since it gonna split somewhere in the night, Wifi works like it feels like, sometimes reception falls to a single signal strength, and staff can't do anything about it. SPA is good, rather small, but u must take a note, that you need to book your visit in advance, and SPA complex works for 3 hotels around, so you could fall in situation, when you took room with SPA, but they're heavily overbooked. And staff can't do anything about it. One night there were no hot water, and still staff just tell you, that they can't help you anyhow. Sit and wait, you paid already. No compensation, they can offer you. Only their sad eyes, and words of appreciation that you choose Wellton Hotel.

It was close to shopping and the Tapas restaurant was very good.
We chose this hotel because of spa and high ratings. The hot tub was not hot and the pool neither was the pool. There were a lot of noisy people. If you want to relax and decompress I would recommend not staying here.

The room was great, but it was chill inside despite the fact that the batteries were turned on to maximum. The location is great, but if you have sensitive sleep, I advise you to take earplugs :)
Unfortunately there are no fried eggs for breakfast, only scrambled and boiled :( Even though the bed has 2 pillows per person, both pillows are uncomfortable :(
