It was cheap
It was loud and outdated. The street below doesn’t stop partying till 4am. They know this is a problem this is the only hotel I’ve ever seen come with a set of earplugs.

Overall experience is very good, starting from the location, but also regarding the facilities, staff and the restaurant - the breakfast was excelent. I liked the design of the room and appreciated that we were assigned a double bed for singe use even that we haven't expecting it. There was quite a rich offer of drinks in the Mini-bar, and the room was overall comfortable and quite.
The room is somewhat dark in terms od the daylight, because there is just one very narrow window. The shower was a bit "moody" - I needed to wait for some minutes for water to warm up or cool down to be able to use it, and sometimes it wouldn't happen in few minutes. I also expected some level of daily cleaning, even though I didn't directly requested cleaning via the note on the door handle. At least taking away the garbage and the plates from the in-room order, as well as adding some more toilet paper.

Nice hotel, the heating system is great, and even the bathroom floor is heated. The in-hotel restaurant offers very nice food for a good price. Staffs are very helpful and responsive.
No room service, but I'm fine with that.

The bed was quite old I guess and our bed was like 2 separate beds to become one but in the middle it was a little bit hard because of the edges.

Excellent location, nice rooms.
I booked the stay for 3 people, we got a very nice two room appartment with a double bed in the bedroom and a pull out sleeper in the living room. This bed was extreemly uncomfortable, felt like broken. They should change it.

The hotel is perfectly located within easy walking distance of the airport bus, the old town, and near the park that segue in the new town. It was clean, the spa was very relaxing, and it was a wonderful atmosphere. Great value for the price and the perfect base to explore Riga from.
The mattress and sheets were both a bit thin, especially considering the outside temperatures. That is my only complaint! They are perfectly adequate, they just don't offer that cozy duvet feel which is fine for a short holiday but worth mentioning.

only that it was central. But there are plenty of other hotels in the same area to choose from.
Lack of a decent shower
You had to have a cold shower or stand back so as not to be scalded. Hard to control water temperature owing to the bad design of the faucet.

The breakfast was average. I would recommend to go try the cafes outside the hotel. The location was great! the room is good but there was no hot water during two days of my stay. They offer to have a shower for free at the spa.

Excellent location, very friendly staff, absolutely outstanding breakfast
The room we got had a clog in the shower (which was fixed during our stay), but because it wasn’t a new problem, the carpet was dump and the room had a bad smell right from the moment we got there.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was in poor condition and it was impossible to get any rest. Conversations from neighboring rooms were clearly audible, which made sleeping before an early morning flight extremely difficult.
We informed the reception about these issues, but unfortunately nothing was done to address them. This lack of response left us feeling ignored and frustrated.
Overall, the stay did not meet even basic expectations of comfort and consideration for guests.

The location of this hotel is simply amazing. You could hardly find a location more central than this while still being accessible by bus from the airport. Everything is within walking distance.
The housekeeping staff should do their job more efficiently. Room cleaning at 4 pm is too late.

Location was good.
There were some gaps between Booking website info and hotel info concerning spa access.
"Finnish-style sauna" didn't have water for the rocks.
Temperature controls in the room were in no way reliable.
Hot water was cut off on first night.
Cleaning staff cut power to refrigerator with meds that required refrigeration.
