Clean room, and good location. The staff were friendly and helpful.
They only clean the room every four days unless you pay £8. Also the sauna would only operate between 7-11 in the morning.

Location.
Room was very cold! During winter time heater totally cold. When I told the receptionist he said that conditioner is connected to heaters and it will get warmer, however, temperature didn’t change and at nights was extremely cold. Will not choose this hotel anymore.

We had a very pleasant stay at Tallink Hotel Riga. The hotel is modern, clean, and well maintained, with a calm and comfortable atmosphere throughout. The location is excellent — within walking distance of the Old Town and close to public transport, making it easy to explore the city.
The room was quiet, with a comfortable bed and everything needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful, always ready to assist with questions or requests.
Overall, Tallink Hotel Riga offers great value for money and a reliable, comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend it to both business and leisure travelers and would be happy to stay here again.

All perfect everything perfect. I just would like to not have to ask for a every day change of the bin bags and the towels. I thought it was obvious that the keepers should be changing that staff every day. By the way everything was PERFECT. I recommend 100% if someone wants to stay in a hotel with enormous delicious breakfast, clean and beautiful rooms and sauna and jacuzzi! Last but not least, there is a 24h gym! Hope to see you again soon❤️

I liked how clean the bathroom was and comfy bed. I liked the location, was not far away from most activities i atended, and also i enjoyed the products that were given in shower .
I didnt like the fact that the TV wasnt great, couldn't launch youtube properly, or any sort of streaming service since it was too laggy, i also didnt like that there wasnt a bigger choice for the main dishes in breakfest.

The Room was very beautiful and clean. Very good breakfast.
There was no Tooth paste and Tooth brush for free in the room. For such a nice hotel it is better to have this one time usage tooth pastes which the value is less than a euro but very important for traveller. The gym was very small. One treadmill and some dumbbells. Gym could be bigger a bit. And a bit more hygienic.

Stylish hotel with decent facilities for its price. Based in the city center and about 15 minutes walk to the main landmarks in the Old Town. Pleasant lobby bar and plentiful breakfast options.
Enjoyed the gym, it is small but it includes most of the machines you will need for your training. The hotel also offers free SPA hours in the mornings.
The free sauna hours could be extended slightly.

The night we checked in the room they assigned was hot and the temperature control did not seem to function. The bathroom had a very strong sewer smell. I called and the desk sent a receptionist up . who demonstrated an unusual sequence to operate the thermostat. He said there were no other rooms available but he would have maids and a technician up at 10 in the morning. The hotel was very crowded because the was a basketball tournament in town and the fans from Estonia were staying at the hotel. Despite several requests for assistance both in person and on the house phone we did not receive any maid service or reduction of odors coming from the bathroom. We were there for a total of 4 nights and did not have clean towels or supplies unless we raides the laundry carts parked in the halls.

Location of the hotel was great, close to the city center.
The hotel advertised that sauna is included in the room price, but they did not tell that it was available for use only from 7-11 in the morning and if you want to use it any other time there is a fee of 50eur per hour and min 2 hours charged.
