Location . Close to transport, old town and shopping. Comfort. Comfortable beds. Well furnished. Quite. Clean. Friendly stuff.
Breakfast is very basic. And same everyday. Could offer more variety or add a menu that you can order customizable breakfast with selection of omelets or different style eggs and potatoes .

Staff showed amazing hospitality. The room is quite comfortable and clean. The hotel is right on the edge of Old Town and close to the bus station. Check out time is very reasonable.

Location is fine if you want to find a hotel near the railway station or bus station. (Not far from city center.)

The room was clean organized well gave the exact amount of space that i needed also the breakfast in the hotel was good although i paid for it separately

The Eurostars Metropole Hotel really stood out as an excellent accommodation choice in Riga. As this was my first time visiting Latvia, I lucked out choosing this hotel. Its location near the bus and train stations was very convenient, as well as its proximity to the Old Town. Also, the nearby shopping mall provided the chance to mingle with local people outside of the tourist sights plus sample baked goods and food. Its breakfast was excellent, and my room was very comfortable. Again though, the Eurostars Metropole staff were all superb. Everyone at the front desk, the cleaning staff, the kitchen personnel were very considerate and helpful for my stay.
I have no complaints nor recommendations on improvement. Overall, the Eurostars Metropole really was an outstanding place to stay while in Riga. I found its prices reasonable for the quality in accommodations provided.

This hotel was built in 1936 and has an old world feeling, but not necessarily much charm. Functional and comfortable. On the edge of the Old City, so easy to get around and into other parts of the city. Convenient short walk from the train/bus station. Breakfast was fine. I did get upgraded to a small suite, which was comfortable. I think I would have preferred to stay in the Art Nouveau district, but this was fine for a few days.
The hotel felt a bit drab.

The style of the single room was cozy and got all you need. Had a corner to relax and a place to work from. The bed was comfy the sheets my favourite white stripes and the pillow was socomfy!! Loved the high ceiling. Although small the bathroom still had a tub which I liked.
I did not like the tea bags ? I like to have my tea in the morning so this was a bit sad. The room was a little chilly in October..

Everything was great! Everyone I interacted with was friendly and courteous, and the reception staff were especially wonderful — particularly Olga . Even though I arrived early, Olga completed my check-in quickly and without any issues. She also provided all the information I needed about the surrounding area and nearby attractions, which made things so much easier for a first-time visitor to Riga.

Restaurant was closed on many occasions when I wish it was open. Breakfast used to be not just buffet before. I really miss the ability to make individual orders as an option. I simply wanted poached eggs and it was not offered at breakfast so I had to use room service instead, but sometimes you just want to sit in the restaurant instead
