I really enjoyed the location. Its like an 7-8 min walk from old town and the same to the train station. The staff was very good especially the members of the restaurant staff.
I stayed on the first floor and you can hear people outside at night if they are walking by but its not too bad.

Great location within walking distance of the train/bus stations. Also a 5 minute walk to the city center. The rooms are a bit dated but provides you with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. They have a luggage room to hold luggage for the day if needed.

The breakfast was very good and had a variety of options. The rooms were also well maintained and the reception desk was available 24hrs so it helped a lot.
The room heaters were not very efficient but it was ok. The room was cold at night because of that. We booked 2 rooms out of which only one had a mini fridge.

The hotel was exactly as described. The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly. It was important for us to be close to the bus station and the old town. The breakfast was delicious and the selection was sufficient. The room temperature could be adjusted yourself. The rooms were quiet, the walls didn't let much sound through.
The shower corner could have been a little bigger. The pictures show also larger corners in another rooms, but we probably got the smallest ones. The hairdryer literally worked for 12 seconds, even 1 person couldn't dry their medium-length hair with it. Another person had to go to breakfast with wet hair. The hotel should definitely adjust the working time of the hairdryer longer.

Location in Old Riga. Mini hotel with special aura. Good stay. Happy indeed. Good breakfast. Reasonable.

The room photo in the Booking system is completely different - much smaller and looked old and worn out - compared to what was provided in the booking.com system. The hotel advertises itself as a 4*, but in reality it is not even 1*.. Equipment and furniture - everything is very poor and old. We visited in November - the room was about ... +12 - +15. The woman slept with all the sweaters she had just taken on a weekend getaway.. The room is a shelter. Whoever sleeps in the corner part - it is impossible to get out of bed - you have to roll across the bed to the other side. Parking - graveled mountainous hotel courtyard for 15 euros Blinds are broken, self-repaired and blinds are broken again - the window does not close with blinds The shower is VERY small. VERY small.. Upon arrival - there were no towels in the room - had to look for them --------------------- Edit - after the hotel's response ------------------ What's the point of apologizing and what's the point of your apologies under all the customer complaints. I looked it up - for example, there have been complaints about the unheated room for [!!] several years. You're just taking advantage of those customers who don't read all the comments and book a room. Also those - who get a room that is twice as small and completely inadequate in terms of quality or equipment, but are tired and lazy to argue.. Also - I don't know what service LV operates and gives hotels stars - because they should really take them away from your hotel.

Excellent location hotel for business and pleasure alike. Located at the corner of Old Town that makes it reachable by car as well as on foot, with ministries and central conference facilities all within walking range. With prior notice they can arrange late check-out if necessary as well as an early check-in.
Everything was really great but be ready to stand in line if you arrive or check out at the peak hour.

Location was perfect for me as I took Bus #22 to and from the airport and the bus stop is a 10 minute walk at most. It is a quiet location away from the center of town but just a few blocks away from restaurants, bars, and shopping.
