Wonderful
It was a clean and cozy apartment with very comfortable beds. It felt like both a hotel and a home. I enjoyed the stay and will consider staying there again in the future as well.

A gold standard for this price range.
A huge room, very clean and incredibly maintained. Same goes for the shower and the kitchen.
Convenient parking right outside the room.
The communication prior to the check in was comically tiresome - I got contacted though booking, email, had to fill a form on the apartment's website and was contacted by two different WhatsApp numbers.

The apartment is in a good location, 10 min walk from the old town and 5 min from the train station. Dishwasher, laundry, and all other equipment are functional. No issues.
We had an apartment with two bathrooms, which was excellent for a large family.

The hotel is in the center, it is peaceful and close to all the tourist attraction places. It is nice with free parking. The room was super clean. Quiet place. I also like that they have had a variety of channels for the TV. You have everything that you need.
The internet connection was super annoying slow. I often need to work with my work laptop, and this property really needs to improve the internet connection. The internet speed is less than 10 Mbit/s, so it means all web sites are super slow. This gave me a lot of problem, since this caused a lot of laggings, due to slow internet.
I honestly did not understand why they send messages to me in Arabic, I have no affiliation to Arab people or to Arab culture. I found it a bit offensive, that you assume that I was an Arab. This was absolute not professional. I complained about this, and they told me that the default language was set to Arabic and they claimed that I put the language to Arabic. I really don't understand the logic behind this, and why don't you put default language to English?

The apartment is centrally located. Walking distance to all the touristic attractions. Friendly and attentive staff, very clean, all facilities provided to make the stay comfortable. I will recommend this apartment further.
My room was on the 1st floor, for someone with heavy luggages, you must use the staircase even if there is an elevator available.

Fantastic apartment close to city center. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Great for a weekend or longer term stay. Quiet area. Walking distance to new and old town, plus train/bus station.

I HATE HATE HATE the smell in the bathroom!!!
It smelled like public toilet! All the smell of urine!!!
Even a homeless doesn't choose a public toilet to stay his nights!!!
There is an elevator. HOWEVER, the elevator is at .5 floor.
We have to climb up 0.5 floor to get to the elevator, not so friendly for the old.
Parking is sorta complicated.
There was some problems with their website, I failed to request a parking space.
Thankfully, they promptly replied my booking. com message and confirm my request for a parking space.
On arriving at the apartment, we have to first go into the room, get the remote, so that we can drive our car in the courtyard.

Even we were at the end accommodated at Skolas location from Ruga Lux apartment. It was not so far from original location. Roof Apartment/penthouse was really beautiful. Very appreciate the communication and warm welcome from a staff. Breakfast was amazing.

The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. There was a problem with our apartment, so we got moved to the Penthouse, which was stunning with fantastic views over the city. The location was great to explore the Old Town. Just a walk over a couple of pretty parks and we were right in the centre.

Apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable, warm and quiet. Location seemed very safe also. Staff were amazing, they provided a room upgrade for me and brought breakfast. They were available for any questions throughout my stay.
