The room was warm, the breakfast was excellent (lots of cold and hot dishes and enough empty tables/chairs to choose from), the parking lot had enough free space, wifi worked well, a shopping center was nearby...
if the weather is bad, then walking to the city center is not very pleasant (the river is wide and the bridge can get quite muddy; moreover, it could be windy, too)

The room was clean, warm, and relatively spacious.
It was surprising that there was no wardrobe in the room. The breakfast was average with a limited selection. Also, there were not enough power outlets, considering how many devices people need to charge nowadays.

The breakfast was great: the selection of different foods was especially wide during the Christmas days. The location is fine: close to Olimpia shopping center; the old town is just across the river (but NB! it is a wide river).
The hotel was somewhat overcrowded during some days, e.g., it was not easy to find a parking spot and a table in the breakfast room (however, we were lucky).

Location is great - close to city centre. Shopping centre is very near. Breakfast was very good, lots of options to choose from. The room was warm and comfortable.
TV wasn't working. We informed staff and they promised to look at it but never did.

Our first stay was absolutely perfect: courteous and helpful staff, a lovely atmosphere, great breakfast, and a superb location. Because we were so pleased, we chose to return a second time — only to be shocked by the evening experience. A very rude, arrogant and disrespectful receptionist, apparently judging our attire, nearly kicked us out at the door. Needless to say, we will never stay here again.
I don’t know the name of the person, but on the evening of 28.10.2025 you had a receptionist on duty who urgently needs training on how to communicate with people.
I was scolded in front of my family and subjected to very disrespectful behavior. Also, within 10-15 minutes I heard 4-5 lies from that person with my own ears.

The first stay was great in all aspects.
Regular training should especially be provided for reception staff. While I encountered 3-4 who were very polite, helpful and cheerful, one was extremely rude.

The hotel was great. The manager was great and professional.
But 2 male front desk employees were very rude to me. They gave me such a hard time and made my 6 days stay in this hotel very unpleasant.
I feel discriminated for where I was from and how I look.
I hope the administration will take action on my complaint about them.
Never ever I will book this hotel, just because of those two front desk employees.

Location is relatively good to city center and to the airport
My room was dirty. Toilet seat with dirty from previous guest. Bed sheets and towels smells vinegar. The worse was to shower, it is only with a curtain meaning the water just flows the entire bathroom, it is like Titanic afterwards, all floated.

Free parking. Used Bolt taxi and easy to get around then. Location is across from Old Town within walking distance. Away from congestion..
Made a breakfast take away for early flight.
Staff was nice.
Couldn't get coffee in morning before flight. They have a machine there but wouldn't let you use it before breakfast time.
