For the property response I don't ask for compensation after a week of my stay in such a surprisingly bad atmosphere,
but I am very sure that no one should wait so long for a genuine apology after such a Radisson Blu experience.
Just to ask -was the sudden cold water in my room after I left my review about the character of your reception worker Kim - just a coincidence ? As I've seen here, this is not the first complaint about him.
The water in my room suddenly became ice-cold (even when I was waiting for a very long time) - yesterday, after I left my review here about his unprofessional and disrespectful service the day before yesterday..
For the continuation of your response - I'm attaching you two examples of my review about the Australian Knightsbridge Hotel which I sent to Kim when he asked to tell about Australia 'in detail'. A few days ago I also sent him the Invoice approval that this review is really mine. With the highest score for their service. So probably the problem is not about your polite courteous client, who didn't bother you with anyithing and left everything clean and tidy, but about a low attitude towards some guests by your worker.
One more example to completely different level of Radisson Blu approach to clients we had in Radisson Blu Lithuania -

''This is a good place to rest, mainly thanks to its service and, made with a good test - Hotel design with soothing ambient lighting, good aroma, and a high quality of food. Many thanks to Vidmantas from the reception, for the professional, responsive service, and to the wonderful team in breakfasts.... " Despite a small minus we described as well - the best score we could leave in Google, first at all for the really kind another service in Radisson Blu.

Location and history of the building was interesting to us and therefore we booked our stay. Traveling with family we booked one room with one bed and the other with two beds. We were given two rooms with one bed. To fix that another room was given with two beds but no refrigerator….
Rooms are very small.

The city location is clean and central, despite the room is unusually for Radisson Blu level scuffed, but quiet, with a wonderful winter park view. Very kind breakfast staff.
About the absolutely cold water today, in the middle of winter such freezing water - while before this my review from yesterday it was ok - I informed this Hotel in the booking platform at 7 in the morning.
After our amazing one month experience in Radisson Blu Lietuva, with many photos and the best reviews, and good 5 and 2 days of stay in two times in Radisson Blu Stockholm Airport Hotel - such an ungrateful attitude to the guests here is shocking. One example for our review - is on Radisson Blu Arlanda Terminal page from a month ago, December 30)
Moreover, compared to the Radisson Blu global chain - the reception service of Kim was unprofessional, sly and repulsive. As VIP members, we left the best scores for Radisson Blu (and Knightsbridge rentals) in booking.com/google for years ( our Google review about Radisson Blu Lithuania from October 19), the subject from which our occasional conversation with Kim, your receptionist, has started.
He asked to send to his own mail something that he was interested about (when I did not succeed to send it to reception), I answered to all his questions even being tired, but he didn't even think to apologize when not answering for more than 24 hours :D
Ok, it was strange, iInstead of being in a normal way straight and responsive, as I understood, there was some ugly chattering about your guests behind your back, and it was all that eventually completely ruined all the nice feeling we've experienced in Radisson Blu always.

Very friendly staff at the reception, good breakfast, five minutes walk from the Old Town, overall it's what one expects from the Radisson brand
Unfortunately, not all facilities operate properly due to a lack of staff and insufficient demand. For example, at the bar, there is one employee who is both a bartender and a waiter. As a result, we had some funny cocktails, namely an ice dumper with a questionable taste. Where the other ingredients, like the alcohol, had disappeared remains a mystery... haha
