We had an upgrade to the recently refurbished rooms which was nice. Comfortable beds. Hotel is in a beautiful location, very central. Staff was very kind and accommodating. Amazing spa and great breakfast.

I liked that it was very close to everything. The breakfast was good, the lady at the omelete station made one of the best omeletes i have ever had!
Not all of the staff was friendly and willing to attend to you, especially at the hotel bar. We were told that we got an upgrade on the room when we arrived, but it didnt look like and upgrade to me, look like the same type of room i booked. The room service could of also been a bit better. They only fixed the bed sheet and added 1 new towel..

Everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly responsive and helpful, guiding us in our decisions and making the whole experience truly memorable. When we arrived at the hotel, I didn’t know what to expect, as it was my very first time staying at that place, but as a compliment we were offered a room on one of the highest floors (18th) with an unforgettable view of Old Riga. This small trip felt perfect in every way, and much of that was thanks to the wonderful staff. I was also very impressed by the spa center we visited on the second day — in terms of relaxation, it’s one of the best places I’ve ever been. I will definitely come back again!

Great location and a truly fancy rooftop bar with a wonderful atmosphere. The front desk staff are always very hospitable and helpful. A special thank you to Annija and Olivija for their kindness and professionalism — they truly make each stay even more pleasant. I almost always choose this hotel whenever I visit Riga, and it consistently feels like a home away from home.

We were here in December: - great location - near to everything you need - nice view from upper floors to old city - tasty breakfast - comfortable bed - stable WIFI 25 mbit - heated floor in bathroom - hot water stability - gym/spa - big lobby - Christmas decorations
- room was a bit outdated - room was a bit dirty on arrival - room contains a lot of dust in the air - air conditioner under the window was broken and blew with cold air (it’s December - we opened toilet with heating floor to not freeze) - spa is not guaranteed if you buy the hotel access - there was situation where it was fully booked and hotel’s guests were unable to go there - spa package contains only 1 floor with pool, jacuzzi and 3 saunas, other floor with street pool and other saunas is for additional 25 euro even if you bought spa access

If you take the deal with SPA access - it's really good. The gym has a great variance of equipment for every muscle group. The SPA can get crowded at around 9/10/11 on a weekend with parents/kids and that can be a bit too noisy, but again - the gym is awesome.
If you're a super light sleeper, then ask not to be place higher than 21 floor. There's a restaurant of something on the top and their bass subwoofer sound is up until close to midnight. Mild inconvenience, but something to consider.
