It was strange that they asked for my card details. I paid everything in advance and also paid an additional 50 EUR as a so-called advance fee, but they still requested my bank card numbers. That seems very unusual.

Everything , the vibe of the hotel was exceptional and the rooms were so lovely . Made me feel really festive being there and the staff were wonderful .
Nothing , it was one of the nicest hotels I had ever stayed at . The location was fabulous and just up from the Christmas market .

Good location
Our room was smelling bad, no opportunity to upgrade or change as we were in deluxe room.
Downgrade was offered? We saw also standard rooms-remind more jail than hotel room.
Not good customer service-no solution offering or interest towards you.
Breakfast very average.
Overall do not recommend. After a long time super disappointing hotel experience.

All is fine! Nothing to concern.
Do not recommend choosing this hotel if you are looking for SPA Hotel. SPA is just to list it as additional service.
It is very small - only a sauna and one pool line, that can be used only by one person at a time. One shower in a change room.

The receptionist was very impolite and not professional in dealing with us during our stay .
Hence I will never stay again in your hotels around the world . You need to do more training and improve service quality!!!

Good location near old town, you like to walk around the city definitely has to offer a lot. The staff were great, the restaurant and bar guys were very nice, also very communicative
Get proper teethpaste, not that “we are eco-friendly garbage”.
