Exceptional staff and breakfast! The room was spacious, clean and modern. A quiet and comfortable place to stay for a business trip.
There was no view outside my window - the metal construction pretty much covered it all. Also, there was a light just outside of my window that was on for the whole night. Speaking about the bathroom, I think there is some kind of leakage, as after draining the bathtub after some time a puddle of water appeared near the wall (this happened twice).

The entrance, there isn't any sign about the receptionist at the entrance. At first time I think maybe I am in wrong place, I found the receptionist sign in the elevator near the button1!

Perfect location if you travel by public transport. Walkable distance to Agenskalns historical centre. Quite and clean. The room had a great view towards Old Riga. Very comfortable bed. It was a nice touch to have tea / coffee making facilities in the room. Very good breakfast.
It was not issue for us because of winter time, but be aware of traffic noise if you want to keep your window opened.

The room was not giant but big enough and still very nice, clean and modern with a pretty nice view. You can connect your own device to a tv and watch anything you like, but it also has a lot of channels on its own. (I'm from Lithuania so I was surprised they even have Go3 film television, so I could watch films in Lithuanian). The staff were also very helpful and kind and understanding.

The room size, location
The shower water was lukewarm and even after we informed the reception desk there was no change. A bedside light bulb didn't function and they did not replace it during 2 days.
Last but not least - it was our second stay in 2 weeks, we stayed in a similar room - in both rooms the sofa was so big and heavy that it was impossible to plug in the floor lamp because the sofa blocked the socket.

Rooms are not soundproof. There was so much noise coming from the neighboring room that it was almost impossible to sleep. You could also hear the cleaning staff in the morning and people talking in the hallway. Honestly, it was not very comfortable.

Everything else (except room temperature issue) was just fine.
It was not more, then 20 degrees C in the room (in evening and at night) and was impossible to adjust higher temarature.
It looks, like hotel have its own "eco" rules in order to keep the energy bills low.
I would rather avoid visiting this hotel in cold period.

Thank you very much for the wonderful breakfast that offered something for everyone! The room was nice and clean, I also appreciated that I was provided with a tooth-cleaning kit upon request.
There was a slight hickup when I tried to enter my assigned room - the card reader on the door did not work. Thankfully, though, the receptionist Roberts was very kind and helpful and ended up giving me an upgraded room.

The receptionist when we arrived was so polite and helpful - we were a bit stressed (long story) and his easy way relaxed us right back. Exceptional service. Many thanks to him.
It is located next to the big duel carriageway in and out of town, and is a good 25 minute walk. But the weather was fine and the view from the bridge was pretty, pretty good.

it is new hotel so every think was clean and nice
we check in late and wanted to take shower-there was no hot water-they say it is off in all Riga but that was not true.
