Parking lot and location, which was near the event we were going. Staff is nice. They lend an electric kettle.
The matresses are like super uncomfortable to me (too hard). I've stayed 2 times, different rooms - same, very bad sleep experience.

Reception opening hours 24 hours. One room was lovely and very large with a kettle and with a bathtub in the bathroom. Quiet location in the countryside, but still 3 minutes from the main road. Easy to find. Nice staff. Washing machine available.
No fridge. No possibility to have breakfast. The other room was very small with a folding door to the narrow bathroom that collided with the bedroom door. No kettle, no space for a suitcase.

Everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable. Nice staff, although was pretty difficult to communicate in english:) had to use translator to translate in russian, but it didn't bother us. Would stay again?

Many things were annoying. 1-The reception closes at 12. It is stated that it is open 24 hours 2-There is no TV in the room 3-He did not answer messages I did not receive a message from him regarding the hotel address or anything 4-There is no internet. He gave me the number and it went away. The password does not work. 5-Guests have to wake up at 6 a.m. because of giggling, sitting in the garden, loud noises, and cigarette smoke coming in from the window. 6-I felt like I was sleeping in a hole because of the fragile foam bed in the middle 7-The kitchen and dining hall are a disappointment.
