Very good location and a nice hotel.
The bathroom was a bit disappointing as there was a shower with no shower curtains or the shower tray (so called wet room) and the water would cover entire bathroom. Did not expect it from that type of a hotel

Location is great and it was surprisingly quiet, which was bonus. Breakfast was good.
The hotel was fully booked for the night we stayed so we got a room that was meant for wheelchair access. The room was fine, but it would have been nice to know this in advance - the bathroom was very different from the pictures.

The hotel reception was very generous when we checked-in. They upgraded our accommodation to a suite room after knowing that my wife and I are celebrating our anniversary. Such a nice gesture from the hotel.
For some reason, my personal info including my full name and booking dates were accessed by a 3rd party. Then, I received a weird Whatsapp message from an Indian number which appears to be a scammer asking me to click the link to confirm the booking. Good thing is I am quite aware of this kind of modus and didn't do anything on the message. I reached out to Booking.com to alert them. Then I got a message from the hotel staff about the incident and they deal with it swiftly. I'm not sure what went wrong and how this incident happened but the hotel staff assured me that my payment info were safe and no further breach was found.

The hotel has a perfect location, right in the center with everything within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean.
The TV in the room was very outdated and could use an upgrade. Also, one of the light bulbs had burned out and was making a slight buzzing sound, which was a bit annoying.

There is no spa as they have mentioned on booking.com , also don't know why, but the staff do not like to record my extras in the hotel instead of it, you have to pay after you order. It is 4 star hotel , not a bar.

The hotel is in a prime location, with the old town in walkable distance. Neat and tide room. Excellent breakfast buffet with wide range of options.
Everything was just perfect. One thing that I can think of is - seating option in the room, may be a small single sofa, could have been an icing on the cake. There is a chair in the room but it makes the walk way a little congested in the room I stayed in.

The location is convenient.
The staff were terrific; they were helpful and friendly.
With the exception of the tv and showerhead, the room was great. Clean, roomy, and solid furniture.
The room has been renovated, except for the TV. It was quite old, had poor sound and meager channel selection.
The shower head was broken and leaked out more than sprayed out.

Staff are so friendly and helpful ! A big thank you to Laura who went out of her way to find a room with a bath in it . Also a big thank you to Nickalas & Cynfia for looking after me in the bar and to the breakfast staff for being so efficient and making breakfast enjoyable each time.
I would of liked to have seen snacks behind the bar like penuts ,crisps etc.

The hotel very close to Market and Outlet Mall - great Mall and worth visit the Market!
5 minutes from Freedom Statue.
7 minutes from Bus station.
Very nice Hotel.
The shower wasn't with curtain, we had to ask for mop to gather the water - very annoying.
The bed was 2 single beds which pushed to one bed.
