The location was great and the staff was very nice
There was construction going on which was extremely loud and the walls were very thin so I could hear basically everything going on around me, even the stairs creaking

- Rooms don’t look like the pictures. Mine (on the ground floor) was dark and run-down.
- No hand soap (!!)
- Very bad smell in the hotel lobby.
- Receptionist not very friendly (in the evening).
- Definitely not a real 4-star hotel - but of course a real 4-star establishment wouldn’t be so cheap.

Good location.
Room 22 literally your head on your bed is the same wall where the steps to lobby are- you hear every single step! Bathroom was freezing! The tiny radiator was useless with the big window there. Towels were paper thin. For an old antiquey hotel it’s fine - but expect super super small rooms- you have to plug the kettle on the bed side table. They could do a lot more to make it more user friendly- make outlets accessible-decent towels- better heat in the bathroom

Decent stay on so called Old Riga. Very center of Old Riga. Breakfast as provided was good. All in all, good experience.
Looking for wider rooms, bigger beds. But, this might be due to limited space available of the tiny hotel building itself.

Property was located in an excellent area and it was also super quiet
I mean, it was fine. It was like staying in your grandma‘s attic spare room. It served its purpose. It was clean. The person who worked the front desk, however, was not very friendly. She was overly formal.

excellent location - one of the cost effective hotels in old town but still i feel it was a bit expensive considering the quality of breakfast and the level of room comfort. although the breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful though.
there was no window in our room. no natural ventilation. Coffee could have been definitely better.

The location was excellent.
The staff were VERY friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was quite good as well.
I didn't like that the rooms face the courtyard and there are iften guests sitting right outside the rooms smoking and talking.
There was quite a noisy group from 3-4 a.m. Just outside our window, for example.

I really enjoyed staying here! I became ill after my first night and the staff was outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure I was feeling okay and they even brought me tea for my sore throat. Everyone was delightful! I cannot wait to return. The area was perfect and I always felt 100% safe.
