The hotel has a good location, it is walking distance from many important places, there are many shopping malls close to it.
The manager provided me a taxi to go to the bus station and also offered me a refund of my staying.
The hotel didn't have the room heating working well, so it was so cold inside the room and in the bathroom. I complained about it at night and the front desk guy was so rude. He offered me a heater and told me I should carry it up to the room. The heater didn't work.
I requested my breakfast at 8:30am and at 10:15am it hadn't arrived. I left the hotel without breakfast.
Even though I had a refund, the front desk girl couldn't proceed with it and I left the hotel with no refund. Afterwards, I got an email from her that I should solve it with my credicard.
I left the hotel with three bad and unsolved situations.

Great hotel in an excellent area. Great room and excellent bed. The gym was a good surprise.
Breakfast: Sunday morning, at around 9 AM, the breakfast area was like a Zoo (a hundred people!). I feel bad for the workers, since food runs constantly out, and the coffee machine is broken every 5 to 10 minutes.
This should be handled much better if the hotel is full and all guests end up eating in the last hour (9 AM to 10 AM).

Location is good.
1. If you don't go to the breakfast until 8:00, you will have virtually nothing to eat. And food placement is kind of irrational that creates an impression of crowded bus at the peak hours.
2. At check in personal said that I have a free parking because I'm a disabled person and my car has the corresponding marking. But at the check out they changed their mind and changed me the parking fee. It isn't a problem in general, just shows unprofessionality of the personal.

Staff were competent and friendly, and were the highlight of the stay.
There were issues with the facilities, such as no hot water at night, a toilet that did not flush well, and a bathroom door that is very difficult to close tightly.

The bathroom floor heating was spot on. Also the hot water was faster to come this time. Soft bed. Everything clean and cozy.

I liked the priveleged room they gave for a try out. It was spacious. The counter at the head of the bed was an interesting design to be sure. The carpets put at the center of the room were spot on, not too insisting, but making it cozy.
The bath hot water needs to wait a bit to come.

We enjoyed the hotel overall. It was a very convenient location, and the staff were polite and spoke a number of languages, English included.
I wasn't a fan of the bathroom style. I know that sounds superficial, but the bath had a small wall of glass that would normally either have a sliding door or would at least come a bit further down. Whenever we took a shower, it was difficult not to spray water all over the floor, as the glass wall didn't come down far enough. I also felt like the beds weren't terribly comfortable. Not the worst by any measure, but I would expect a bit more for the price.

Price. The climate control isn't working properly - unable to switch off, cold air lead to illness. The shower doesn't work properly - it floods the entire floor. Stuff didn't provide a bottle of water, drank from the tap!

They ask for deposit - which is OK, but what is not OK is that they cannot accept virtual card/Apple Pay. They ask for physical card to make deposit. Right afterwards you can actually pay for the room and then they already accept payment with Apple Pay. So I left cash deposit. Next morning I want to check out and then - "you have to wait some 10min till room service will check everything" - and I did not have 10min to wait and I was not informed that I have to plan extra time for checkout. If you can accept payments without physical cards, so make it also possible to do same way for deposit. Like other hotels DO.
