The hotel was in an excellent location, with a bus stop just steps away and plenty of food options nearby.
Many of the staff did not speak English, which is very important in this type of job for effective communication. Some of them were also not very friendly.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable; however, the room size was acceptable.

Breakfast was in a wide range. The staff was kind and helpful.. Parking was easy.
We were 3 in a room and the third room was a sofa bed, which was rather uncomfortable.

Friendly stuff, OK breakfast.
No tea pot, no TV set in the room. The furniture looks and feels rather old. No instruction on how to use the safe in the room, I doubt it was working at all.

We booked two rooms because we have 3 kids, however, only one, the biggest, could have fitted all so we used only one (but this is a booking.com issue that didn´t allowed us to fitted all in 1 room). Better to book directly to the hotel in case. Very good breakfast.
Better to book directly to the hotel, since through booking.com it was not possible to use only one room. A bit long time to wait for check-in and check-out.

I stayed at Kolonna Hotel Brigita for one night from June 19 to 20 and had a very pleasant experience. The staff at the reception were very friendly and welcoming, which made check-in smooth and enjoyable. The food was good, and considering the affordable price, it was excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay.

Nice hotel in quiet part of Riga, not that far from city center. Rooms were clean and fresh, the bed is comfortable, the breakfast is delicious and varied, the staff is nice and friendly.

Very spacious double-room with perfect sound insulation.
Clean and comfortable beds.
Breakfast can fill you up for the whole day. Oatmeal(porrige), omelette, ham, sausages, cheese, salads, vegetables, fruits.
And also coffee, tea and juices.
Very polite hotel personal.

Nice stuff. Room has all necessary for stay, simple but tasty breakfast, and great location, because bus/trolleybus station is besides, even grocery. To Riga centre abt. 15 min. by bus. Also available free parking behind hotel.
There is necessary some renovations in room.
