the room was nice, the heater works properly. We asked for an electric teapot and the staff brought it to us quickly. the room was cleaned and the towels were changed daily. We told the lady at the receptionist that they didn't have to do that since we only stayed for 3 nights, but she said something like that it was the sop, so I guess that was okay. The location was great, close to many attractions, old towns, museums, malls, bus station, and other public transport.
Selection for breakfast could be better.

The hotel is near to the old town and commercial centers.
Good and friendly stuff, they changed our room to have a street view.
For the coffee addict (like me), you will not find the capsules that work with the hotel's machine anywhere in the world (literally); we need to ask the reception every time.
In a Premium room:
- The bed is so small and uncomfortable.
- The TV is too small and so far from the bed.
- The AC and the radiator were down, and when we asked the reception to find a solution, they just gave us more comforters.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and perfectly located in the city centre. The room was cozy and quiet, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I really enjoyed the modern design and the overall warm atmosphere of the hotel.
There was nothing major to complain about — everything met or exceeded my expectations. Maybe just a slightly larger room would have been even better, but it wasn’t a problem at all.

I’m very grateful to all the staff!
The lock on my room suddenly stopped working — the batteries died. It happens :) But I urgently needed to get into my room and didn’t have time to move to another one. Waiting for a technician would have taken too long, and the head administrator together with the reception manager managed to fix everything themselves. And it wasn’t as simple a task as it might sound. They are absolute supergirls! Huge thanks — unfortunately, I don’t know your names!
By the way, compared to my previous stay, the Wi-Fi has become several times faster!

10 minute walk to bus stop for the airport, as well as walking distance to all sites! Out of old town where it’s loud and too busy in the evening but well within walking distance. Right over the road from a mall and main train station! Staff were friendly and helpful and allowed me to change room due to a maintenance issue- upgrading me and change the room asap.

The room was clean and in good condition. Smooth check-in. Location is impeccable near public transport stations and a rather short walk to the old town. Would be happy to stay again, if the price is right.
Wish they had coffee and tea-making facilities in the room. The breakfast room was quite cramped.

The location is great, stuff friendly.
Easy check in and check out.
All in all, fine for a few days for a low budget city hotel.
No cleaning (I guess only every 4 days), which means you have to even ask for a toilet paper during your stay which is unacceptable.
I have been to much better and nicer Ibis hotels, actually this is probably one of the worst and I have been to many. The room is really small. Bed and pillows are okay but not the most comfortable. No view from the window at all. I didn't even like the liquid soap/shower gel. Also not the cleanest- walls dirty and a bit of mold in a shower which is not common for Ibis.
The breakfast is okay but also could be better, no other fruits other than whole green apples that are more of a decoration because you can not cut them with the cuttlery knife. Coffee tastes really bad.
The breakfast is in the basement and the set up is wierd, not very cozy.
No soundproofing, noises easily heard, especially if someone passes by your room, it feels like the door is open.
