Not much
The room was not in the hotel, but in an overfill annex. Thin walls, so neighbor's TV kept me up until 1 a.m. Also, the actual hotel lobby is a pool hall with 12 pool tables and a bar. 15 minute drive from downtown

Although not in the city centre, it was easy to take a tram downtown. The breakfast had a lot of options and was good.

Breakfast was really nice, as was the staff. The room was equipped according to the pricing, but overall it was nice ))
There was a billiard tournament taking place during the day of our stay, which turned into a quite drunken male-only party by night. Apart from receiving a few uncomfortable comments when we were returning with my (female) partner to our room in the evening, some of the guys eventually ended up fighting in the parking lot at night, disturbing hotel guests.
But when we woke up in the morning for breakfast, we were quite surprised that the hotel looked like a different place, including other guests - couples, families, elderly people - whom we had not met the evening before.

Good breakfast, room size and own bathroom
Value for money, hotel isn't newest but all was clean. If you expect luxury this place isn't for you. Budget stay with bfast included, we very satisfied as most of days we were out in center.

The breakfasts were excellent, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the bed was comfortable. The cleaning staff was not intrusive.
