It's right by the Riga Dom and a block away from the Black Heads House, it's in walking distance to all historical buildings with many great restaurants nearby. The hotel allowed us to leave our luggage there after check-out to enjoy the full day. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. The hotel has character and a lot of history. The restaurant is cool with its bricks and mortar making it look like a cellar. Would definitely recommend it.

Superb location in the heart of Riga Old Town. Walkable to any spot in the old town in ~10 mins, with beautiful historic buildings around every corner; lots of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. 15 min walk to the city center as well as to the central bus/train station and market. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were nice and clean. Liked that they had a breakfast included.

The hotel is in an excellent location, only 1 minute from Cathedral Square and the Christmas market. In addition, it's only 1 minute to Town Hall Square and the Museum of Occupation. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, we had a junior suite with plenty of space, a huge writing desk, lovely furniture and a spotlessly clean bathroom. Breakfast was very nice, there was a choice for everyone. The building is an old one with so much character, lovingly restored. You won't be disappointed! Just a tip: Take the 22 bus to get into Riga. It runs so frequently. At the airport buy your tickets at the kiosk outside Arrivals Hall E for only 1.50 Euros. The bus stop is just outside. No need for a taxi! There is a small tourist information desk in Hall E where you can pick up a map. The hotel is easily to reach from the bus stop.
We did not know on the first night that we could have a kettle and tea bags to take to our room. When I found out, they were more than happy to give us one so we could make a hot drink. Maybe a note in the room would help. Also, a reading light would be helpful as the main bedside light was quite bright. I would probably add a standard lamp to the room to improve the lighting a bit. But these are just suggestions, the hotel is absolutely super and I would recommend it to all travellers.

Hotel was lovely, very beautiful. The location was great and staff were wonderful. Very convenient to get around the city and accessible for anywhere in the old town within 10 minutes.
The pillows were too soft, but this is a personal preference.

This hotel is in a great spot in Old Town Riga, The room was nice, with comfy beds and a good size bathroom. It was a bonus to have breakfast included with the booking. Also the free WIFI worked great.

Very good location. Right in the heart of old town. Beautiful building. But a few things were below global standard. Latvia was our 96th travel country.

We asked for an hour of early checkin since a room was available, the young girl at the reception said that will cost us $35. Hotels typically let you check in if a room is available. They lost our highest rating. The TV in the room was 12 inch by 12 inch size with only local channels. Hotels all over the world have changed to bigger TV with more international channels.

In the heart of old town, friendly and helpful staff, enough options for breakfast and 2 elevators, which is very unusual for old buildings in this area. Apparently, the hotel/ building is quite popular, so there are tourists visiting and taking pix.

Perfectly located right in downtown. Excellent staff.
The breakfast wasn’t up to quality. Wifi was extremely slow and they didn’t provide any basic amenities like water or toothpaste.

The air conditioning doesnt work!! AC is the only reason I booked this place. Didn’t sleep for the two nights
