The breakfast was amazing, and it was especially nice that on the weekend days we could have breakfast until 11:00. The location is really good, the bus stop to the airport is right next to the hotel, the Central Market is on one side and the old town is on the other side, really perfect location! The room and the bathroom was very stylish and comfortable.

Nice lobby and great receptionist.
Breakfast was on a more simple side and room design a bit old school. Could use some renovation compared to another hotels in Baltic countries.

Wonderful
Breakfast was excellent. There was a widexarray of hot and cold foods. The coffee was excellent.
The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and modern. The elevator was spacious and fast.
The location of our room was overlooking the main road, so there we were times at night when there was a bit of noise, but it was not too much of a deterrent for us.

The hotel is conveniently located in the old town.
The cleaning stuff was vacuuming in the middle of the room. The corners and under the bed spaces were filthy with garbage from previous guests. The towels were old and cheap. The soap, shampoo and body wash tubes were tiny.

Beautifully decorated rooms, very clean hotel, tasty well stocked breakfast - many choices.
The concierge delivered champagne to our room for my birthday, compliments of the hotel!
We had a funky smell coming from a pipe in the bathroom floor. Maintenance fixed it within 30 mins. They were so attentive and accommodating. No smell after that.

Location - bus station 5 mins railway station 8 mins. On the edge of the old city. Don't worry about the bars nearby, you don't hear them and not very busy after 9.
Room - was clean and a good size.
Breakfast - very good. We took a tray upstairs as suggested, much nicer room.
Staff - friendly and helpful.
A great location at a good price to be right on edge of old city.
Tip- there are great eating places outside of the old town at much cheaper prices

The location is fantastic! The room has tea and a kettle which was great!
The breakfast room was way too small. The breakfast was so-so, you could eat but nothing special. Cleanliness was not as expected in our room but not terrible.

Why a 12 euro local tax when checking in?
The bed for the third adult in the room was like a roll away bed. Thin mattress and barely long. Plus it made the room very crowded.

Very short walk from the main bus station and market and right beside the streetcars / trans. Walking distance to everything in old town. Room was very comfortable and quiet. Had breakfast included which was convenient. Conveneince store right across the street where you could pick up food (including sandwitches and salads) and also transit tickets). Good stay overall.
Breakfast was decent but not the best or most varied. Downstairs breakfast room would get extremely crowded. There was an overflow room on the first floor but you had to carry your breakfast up a flight of stairs (or take the elevator).

I like the location, close to everything. The bed is very comfortable and room is cozy. Shower has good water pressure. I love their breakfast, many options. Highly recommended!

The location is perfect. Walking distance from every monument and place to be visited. It's next to a very busy street, but the window was facing to an inner patio, so it was quiet.
Our arrival was a bit messy because my in-laws didn't book their room correctly, but the worker at the reception was very helpful and had lots of patience, which, in the end, fixed the situation and offered them a cheaper option than the room they had "booked".
Breakfast is OK, I'd like to have more variety. Maybe they could have a bigger table and fridge in the room. The shower was a bit complicated to close, so we ended up getting it running in the middle of the night. It was a weird surprise.
