Spacious rooms and friendly staff. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to reach everything on foot.
The hotel is quite old, so the amenities are not very modern. The breakfast selection was also limited.

It's well-located. Near to bus station and pretty close to old town and center market
The refrigerator makes much noise and bathroom is also cold during winter.
Breakfast is not bad but it's not perfect.

Everything, the staff is friendly and always willing to help, the place is clean and quiet, and the location is perfect and easy to find, walking distance from the bus station and central market, super recommended ?

I booked a room for two nights, unfortunately I had to leave after the first night, as I felt so uncomfortable due to the dirtiness of the room, the noise, and the treatment I received from the staff. When I arrived, my room was dirty. There were stains on the bed sheets, on the toilet seat, as well as on the carpet floor. When I asked for a different room I got to hear that other rooms would not be different, and, that I cannot expect that much from a 3 star hotel. While I waited for the room to be cleaned, the staff was talking in a different language and kept pointing and looking at me, which made me extremely uncomfortable. Later I also realized that there was what looked to be mold in the bathroom. Even the soap bottle had mold inside of it, so I had to go out and buy soap myself. I couldn't sleep the whole night, so the next morning I decided to leave. This place honestly felt like a health hazard.

We didn’t have hot water in the shower. Also rhe sauna in the hotel did not work and the stuff couldn’t help finding a sauna nearby

As somebody wrote in review fridge in room really make noise, but nothing can be done about this.

Good value for the price, with a convenient location about a 10–15 minute walk from the market area and the old town.
Breakfast was decent, though the selection was a bit limited.
The room itself was comfortable, but the décor, bed, and bathroom could use some updating to match more modern standards.
The glass shower door needed some repair, and the bathroom cleaning could have been better.
There were also a few times when the hot water didn’t work properly.
Additionally, my room didn’t have any view, which was a bit disappointing.

The room was quite clean, with a view of the street and a beautiful church. The staff is nice and courteous.
The breakfast menu lacked variety. It would be better to have more items, including vegetarian friendly ones.

Most of all I liked the stuff, they were very helpful and friendly, made sandwiches for the road (we were leaving early), gave advice about taxi etc. The location is good, not exactly in the Old city, but near enough. Windows can be opened (not obvious anymore), and there was a fridge and a kettle in the room. Room was spacious and quiet.
The room and the bathroom, though clean, had some Soviet vibes about them. Also, I heard that the area itself is not very safe at night, due to the train and bus stations nearby, but we arrived when it were not so late and left with the taxi, so no bad personal experience here!

Easy to get to. Felt safe in the neighborhood. Room good size
Roudy groups of males disturbed my stay by shouting and screaming at all hours.
Room very dated.
Windows right night to other rooms windows so felt like I had no privacy as same groups of males were hanging out of the windows and shouting to each other.
Couldn't use safe as it was locked already.
