Our room was gorgeous. The shampoo and soap smelled so nice. The breakfast and dinner was incredible.
The hamam broke while we were there, we also didn’t know a reservation was required for dinner. It would be good to know that you have to make reservations for both.

Beautiful old building each room is very unique. The staff is excellent and very helpful. The breakfast that comes with the room is tremendous. It’s also slightly outside the center of the old city while still inside the old city on a nice quiet side street.
It was great across the board for a small boutique type hotel.

The location is perfect- In the old part of Riga but away from the most touristy streets
The room (303) was amazing- luxurious and quiet.
Great amenities (bathrobe and in room Illy coffee!) and the included breakfast is fantastic- really great hospitality at every touch

Our stay was perfect. The location was on the edge of everything, without being in the middle of the late night activities. The breakfast was very good, and the staff were very helpful.
The parking wasn't great, nor were the options offered by the front desk attendant.

Excellent location - walking distance to many great restaurants and sites. The lady who checked us in was extremely friendly and very helpful with recommendations and directions for “off the beaten track” places to visit. Lovely rooms with comfortable beds.

Very average breakfast. Inedible omelette made with cream. No offers of second cups of tea. Poor choice of breads and jams.
Impossible to use the shampoo/ body wash dispensers in bathroom fixed to wall!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Fabolous breakfast. Restaurant is very good. Hotel is in a very good location. You can walk to most interesting places. Rooms are very spacious and clean, but especially very quiet rooms. Good price!
We can highly recommend this hotel for their staff breakfast rooms and location.

The rooms were a good size, excellent bathrooms and very clean. When we asked for an additional heater this was provided immediately! The food in the restaurant and for breakfast was first class. Recommendations from the staff were helpful. The sauna on the top floor was wonderful after a day in the snow.
