Wonderful
Comfortable location, friendly staff. Small but pleasant spa area. Good breakfast.
It was a real pity that the parking is limited to only 7 spots and if you book a room on the same day, parking is most likely not to be available.

Amazing people working in the hotel, customer service was very professional and welcoming, the location is great, we had the comfort room and it was really really spacious and for the price very good deal! We enjoyed the old interior combined with new and modern. Will be staying here again when we will be in Riga next time!

The temperature in the room - when we arrived it was 18 degrees. I was really cold. We put 25 degrees on thermostate but during 4 hours, the temperature in the room improved only for 1.5 degrees. We were cold.

Beautiful room, an actually awesome bed with an amazing mattress. Likes the general interior, the big windows.
Can get quite loud in the morning if windows are open and your room is on the street side.

The rooms were modern and clean. The staff were always helpful and nice.
The shower always flooded the bathroom which was annoying. The breakfast is limited and just meh: The eggs are always overcooked, the bacon and sausages undercooked and most other options are just minimal table fillers.

Friendly staff. A short walk into the old town and to the train station. A good breakfast.
The fridge in the room didn’t work and was overheating. Although this was reported to reception twice, this wasn’t fixed. No plug sockets near to mirrors, and no socket in the bathroom. Could have benefitted from some additional coat hooks in the bedroom.
