Wonderful
The location in the center of the city is ideal. This was perfect for exploring the old city and providing easy access for taxis.
The floor squeaked. But we got used to it.

Very good location, clean, friendly staff. Huge rooms. The breakfast was OK. Parking is a problem, we have used underground parking 1 km away.

The entrance & breakfast area were pleasant & tastefully decorated. The location was excellent and the breakfast was also very good. There was a thoughtful coffee and water station on the 2nd floor for everyone. Our room was nicely decorated too, in a quirky way.
Our family room was in the attic of the building and difficult to access (the elevator didn’t go up to our floor so we had to climb a steep spiral staircase which was challenging with luggage!) The beds were quite old and not comfortable, and our toilet seat wasn’t attached. We reported it, but it was not repaired during our stay.

The hotel room was elegant and very clean. Breakfast was wonderful and the restaurant serves an amazing dinner as well. The staff was friendly and helpful and excellent overall. Loved everything about our stay.

The breakfast was nice, the staff specially and room cleaning was veru nice. The location of the hotel was very good and the restaurant attached to the hotel was very goos.

Charming old building right in the city centre. The room was quite big and clean. The bathroom was not too big but well organised and clean. Good breakfast and a cosy atmosphere in the restaurant. The self-service check-in/check-out worked very well and the information provided before arrival was excellent.
În the morning the reception staff has to do double duty for the breakfast service, so it is difficult to get their help for information or anything else related to the stay.

Very large and comfortable room. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent location in center of Old Riga. Very good and varied breakfast, even if the eggs were runny. There is a wonderful restaurant on the ground floor open for lunch and dinner. It is very popular so a reservation is needed.

Quaint property in a wonderful location close to everything in old town. Fresh breakfast served daily with some of the nicest staff ever! Great restaurants near by.

All Staff superb , breakfast although not a vast amount of options but there was enough options available . Location is second to none and i recommend this hotel very highly . Even after checking out the young gentleman that works in the hotel offered me and my family tea/coffee , a excellent touch
I loved the hotel but maybe a bit more options at breakfast if pushed but as I say it has a decent enough selection as is .

Convenient for tourist office, food court,railway station and trams. Nice touch to have little socks on the chair legs to stop noise. Coffee and tea area with sofa just outside room. I was able to check in early as my room was ready. The lady who checked me in was particularly helpful and informative during my 4 night stay. Good map of area provided by hotel which was the same one provided by tourist office. Attractive breakfast area with good coffee options. Good food in the restaurant in the evenings if wanted. I had hoped for a higher room with a view over rooftops but I guess one can’t have everything!

Yummy homemade cafe on Ground floor.
Variety foods at breakfast.
Great location. Staffs are kindness.
Easy to check in.
Better not to have extra curtain rod/curtain in the bedroom.
Design is good but easy to trip over.
